Well done on being below target @maman that’s fantastic!

@TakeItEazy but you know how it happened so you’ll get if off again.

Well I got a lesson in patience - 3.5 off. Was so pleased but kept checking my book to make sure I’d heard her correctly 🤣🤣 consultant said whatever you did, repeat next week. I didn’t do anything differently!

I had bran flakes with yoghurt and fruit when I got in from class, may have some tomato speedy soup later if I’m hungry and it’s lasagne with salad and garlic bread for dinner. I’m counting both HEXAs for the sauce and cheese and 5 for slice of garlic bread.

Well done @Jellybaby on your good loss - patience is obviously a virtue!

Shame you've dropped out of bottom end @bubbs but at least you have grace week to try and put it back on but can understand that may be difficult at the moment.  Do hope your DH gets a date for the 2nd scan soon after Easter.

Sorry about the gain @TakeItEazy but understandable with what you having going on at the moment.  All you can do is try to be good when you and careful when you can't.  Hopefully it will come off as quickly as it went on.

We ended up going by car in the end as it was quite windy this morning!  Glad we went out fairly early as when we were coming home the traffic trying to get off the Island was horrendous - must have been a couple of miles tailback!  At least it was moving easily coming on though!

I always found the app Estimater easy to use - just need to use the box on the carton for 100g and then work out how much your portion will be and it will give the syns.  Alternatively you could just use the 20g = 1 syn as there isn't any free food in chocolate!  If I still had the app I'd be happy to work it out for you.

Very well done on your loss @Jellybaby. You've proved that staying on plan will get a result in the end! Brilliant perseverance. 😇

Sadly, the same is true of having too many syns @TakeItEazy. That catches up with you too. ☹️ Hopefully, when you get back to work and into your usual routine you'll see off the gain.

As your ice cream maker is broken @bubbs, why not have some chocolate or shop bought puddings. 🤔 If not, you'll just have to put your coat on next week. 😉

Most hollow eggs are coming out at 4g for 1 syn @bubbs but if you let me know which egg and how much you use then I'll happily work it out for you.

Only this week DH was saying we haven't been to Lymington market for ages @joedenise so we plan to go when the football season ends. Salisbury has their market on a Tuesday but it wasn't very good last time I went.

I had planned to have prawns for lunch but forgot to take any out to defrost so had tuna, the same as you @joedenise

It's turned into a beautiful day here after a damp, cold start. Washing all dried including towels.

We're having some spring rolls with dinner as I can afford to relax a bit this weekend.

    Today's plan -
B- HEB toast, eggs, bacon (P), baked beans (F), HEA milk for drinks
    L- JP (F), tuna (P), salad (S)
D- sweet and sour chicken with noodles (P, S, F)
Syns - sweet and sour sauce 1.5, weekend wine and spring rolls - too many! 😂

Well done @Suffolksue, half pound loss is better than a gain.

When's the end of the season @maman?  We're planning on going to Lymington again, I think, at the end of July as we want to go to the New Forest Show.  Not been for a few years and it was good last time we went.  Not making a decision about that until nearer the time due to DH's frequent hospital appointments at the moment.

I had a can of Inch's cider earlier, can someone check the syns for me please?  It was a 440ml can.  I suspect it's probably about 9 syns.  Many thanks.

Any loss is better than a gain @Suffolksue. 👍 You're right that medication can affect weightloss but healthy eating has to be the way forward.

Good guess @joedenise. 9.5 syns for the can of cider.

Football season ends in May. We go away in June but back early July.
