Afternoon all, it's a very blowy day today so thought it worth doing a machine load of washing which I've done and hung out on the line.  Think it's probably dry by now but will leave it another hour or so before bringing it in.  It's mainly towels and tea towels which always seem to take quite a long time.

Oh no @bubbs.  Can you get the ice cream maker repaired or will you need to replace it?  It doesn't seem to have lasted very long considering how expensive it was.

Hope you enjoyed your rest day @Coxy11 and have managed to get going again today, assuming the weather is better.

As long as you have enjoyed the syns when you've eaten out @milann any weight you put on should come off quickly and hopefully before you next WI!  I have the same problem with keep going away and constantly struggling to lose anything as have to rein it in nearly every week!  Not going away for Easter so hopefully I've got a good run at it before we're again next weekend.

    Today's plan:

    B - scrambled eggs and spinach, toast - HEB; P; S
    L - 2 pea soup - S; F
    D - corned beef hash - S; F; 2.5

    HEA - milk
    HEB - bread
    Syns - corned beef 2.5

    Have a good day everyone.

Hope everything goes well for your DH today @bubbs will be thinking about you.

Still plodding along here and keeping to plan. It’s been very heavy rain this week but I’ve cleaned out DS1s room (on his instructions 😉), did several dump runs and started decorating it yesterday. That wasn’t part of the plan but found paint so started!  One final coat to one wall today and it will be ready for furniture going back in.

Need to nip to the butcher and Lidl for more fruit and yoghurt and will have a look at their veg - my store can be hit or miss. I’ve had toast and jam for breakfast, lentil soup for lunch and dinner is DS2’s favourite - sausage, beans and chips. Syns used for jam and sausages.

Thanks everyone but it's not what we wanted to hear 😢😢it's 9/10 on the scale, got to have another scan within 2 weeks to see if there is any spread and then decide course of action.

I may or may not be back later, he says we need to keep on as normal but i feel like i have been stabbed in the heart right now 😢😢

Afternoon all, it's another bright sunny day (sorry to rub it in @Jellybaby!) so another load of washing done including my towelling robe which really needed doing.  Done a bit of shopping this morning for more fruit and yoghurt plus bread and eggs so not a lot needed as have most things already in the fridge, freezer or cupboard.  Would really like to try and empty one of the freezers before we go on our main holiday mid June for a month.

Hadn't realised it was so long since you bought your ice cream maker @bubbs - thought it was only a couple of years ago.  Time just flies by these days (wish they had when I was working!).

    Today's plan:

    B - mushroom omelette - P; S
    L - corned beef salad sandwich - HEB; S; 5
    D - fish pie, veg - P; S; F; 3.5

    HEA1 - milk
    HEB - bread
Syns - corned beef 2; LF spread 3; sauce mix 3.5

Rather more syns than I'd like but needed to change tomorrow's and todays evening meals as have some prawns which need using up!

May well have a drink tonight as it's our wedding anniversary but may just leave it until tomorrow so it doesn't affect WI in the morning!

    Have a good day everyone.
