No pancakes for me! Busy day. DH and I went to the community allotment first thing and were tasked with weeding one of the 75(!) beds. It took us three hours. We’d booked a tip run at 2pm and only just about made it, home for a quick snacky lunch and then I drove back to our old town. I wanted to get my eyebrows done and I have a WI Committee meeting tonight too. All go.Added a trip to Sainsbury’s and Waitrose to get a few exclusive bits there and to kill some time.Food today:

L - ham, pickles, peppers, feta, mug shot Thai curry* P, S, HEA, ?D - Sainsbury’s veg sushi, banana, skinny bar (all eaten as a car picnic!) - ?, free, 4.5
HEA - milk
Syns - please can someone check the syns on the mug shot and the sushi for me - it was the 6 piece box. TIA X Plus 5.5
I have bought herbal tea and an apple with me for the meeting

Afternoon all, another bright day and a bit warmer too. DH had an optician's appointment this morning but glad to say the change in his vision is so small they said he didn't need new glasses yet so recall in one year instead of 2 - so quite a bit of money saved there! Better in our bank account than theirs!
Decided to change the bed today so that is currently in the machine but won't bother hanging it out until tomorrow as it would only be out there a couple of hours before needing to bring it in. Still need to remake the bed but will do that this afternoon once we've had some lunch.
Today's plan:
B - scrambled eggs on toast
L - SC Onion soup
D - Keema curry, rice, naan bread
HEA - milk
HEB - bread
Syns - mini naan bread 6? May have a couple of 0% G&Ts 0.5
Decided to have pancakes (made by blitzing oats for flour) mixed with yoghurt so obviously had to syn the oats as already had HEB so had an additional 7 syns last night. They were OK but a bit of a pain having to make mine separate to DH's as he didn't fancy them made with oat flour!
Have a good day everyone.

Morning all, it's a beautiful day today with the sun shining and temperature up to 14 when I popped out to get a joint for the weekend - ended up getting a few other bits as well so now nearly £20 lighter but it was all needed and will save me having to go out over the weekend (hopefully!).
Welcome @Wilmaknickersfit to the thread. Love the name by the way! Are you going to group, an online member or going it alone? This is a very helpful and quite fast moving thread and we're all very friendly.
Why did DH say you're a slave driver @bubbs? Surely not just because you went to MK!
Today's plan:
B - fruit, yoghurt
L - LO onion soup, cheese sandwich (might toast it)
D - pork and mushroom stroganoff, rice
HEA1 - milk
HEA2 - cheese
HEB - bread
Syns - yoghurt with honey (DH picked up in error and it's not fat free either!) 5? Primula 6
Rather more syns than I was hoping but it is what it is. Will have to see what the scales say in the morning to see how much, if any, damage has been done this week!
Have a good day everyone.
Edit: DH has just sprung on me that he fancies getting away for the weekend again as the weather is still going to be good! Have had to rearrange a delivery which was supposed to be coming today but been delayed until Saturday so changed that to Monday. Now need to rejig the menu plan!

Yes, @joedenise, the weather here is due to dip a bit tomorrow and then another lovely weekend. 😎
Didn't manage to post yesterday but stayed on plan. I actually used 0.75 syns! 🤣 That was my share of a jar of pasta sauce. It's the tomato and basil from Lidl. It's not bad but I need to get back to making my own. I like it best with fresh basil and I haven't had a plant since the builders were here. I'll be on the lookout for a YS plant to bring on.
I've got a chesty cold/cough so feeling a bit sorry for myself. ☹️
Today's plan -
B- HEB porridge, HEA milk, berries (S), banana (F)
L- veggie omelette and pickles (P, S)
D- chicken casserole (P, S, F)
Syns - cornflour 11 -
Evening all
Yes Denise make the most of it. No not because we went MK, as since he's retired he works harder than when he was at work 😂😂 Sales have really took off and we are really busy (shouldn't complain) but at the moment don't have 5 mins, even the weekend is making orders or paperwork! also he has just decorated the bathroom and put a new shower door on, now he's doing the bedroom.
Food today
2 ryvita, half hexb, ham and cheese hexa, 0.5 sweet onion chutney, tomato, pickles, watermelon
Pear, nectarine.
Savoury mince and veg, syn free
