I'm doing it through a local group.
I've manad to stay on plan yesterday.
    I had :-
Breakfast was fruit and fat free protein yogurt.
Lunch, salad, ryvetas, cottage cheese, vegetarian ham and crab sticks.
Dinner was a jacket potato, mushrooms, cheese and beans.
I had 5 and a half syns for 2 ryvetas and 5 sprays of spray oil.
    I also snacked on fruit.
Today I've had fruit and protein yogurt for breakfast.
My hex a so far is semi skimmed milk.
Dinner will hopefully be a vegetable and chickpea curry, which is in the slow cooker.
Hopefully I remembered to switch it on at the mains.
    Lunch I'm not sure yet.

Sorry I didn't get on yesterday.

Well done on your loss @Bluegreen and seeing off most of last week's gain. 👍🏼

It's a glorious day here again. You'll really enjoy being at home again @bubbs and @joedenise has definitely chosen the right weekend to go away.

That's a good menu @Pennypincin for yesterday. I know you said you'd snacked on fruit but make sure you eat enough. I know a JP wouldn't be enough for me for dinner but then I'm greedy.🤣 Not sure if I've missed something but what did you have as your HEB? I can't see why you've synned Ryvita.🤔 Well done for planning ahead with tonight's curry, hopefully you'll have some left over for the freezer too.

Yesterday we went out for lunch and although there were more SW friendly options on the menu, I decided to have a meat pie. It was delicious so well worth the syns. Anyway, line is drawn and I'm back on it today.

I've had a fry up for breakfast but not sure how the rest of the day is working out. DD2 is coming round shortly and we'll see if she stays to eat or not. I think she's just coming for coffee.🤔 Will report back later.
