    Hi all,

Sorry to hear you’ve had a rubbish weekend with tummy issues @TakeItEazy - I too would usually congratulate you on that loss but it’s unfortunate how it came about ☹️ Hope you have a better week x

Oh that’s a right pain about the freezer @bubbs. Lucky you have a spare but still!!

    That’s so annoying @joedenise x

I lost 1.5lbs this week. Total lost since 6 Jan when I started tracking again…..1.5lbs!!! Oh well as least it’s a minus!

    Food today:
B - protein thin bagel with scraping of light Philadelphia - HEB, 1/2 HEA
L - half pack of lentils*, veg sushi*, apple, skinny bar - ?,?,S, 4.5
D - SW easy chicken curry with rice
    HEA - milk
    Syns - ??

    * is anyone able to tell me the syns for the lentils photographed below and also snack pack of veg sushi (4 pieces) - both Aldi? TIA XX

Well done on your loss @Coxy11. 👏👏👏 You know it works. How much out of target are you? 🤔

The Aldi products are low syn. 👍 The lentils are 2 for the pouch. Vegetable sushi is 0.5 and the smoked salmon variety is 1. You won't get fat on those! 🤣

    Evening all 😁😁

Denise, cold it was bloody freezing!! Everywhere was solid here, white as white. Diabetes, my Dad was diabetic and even before he was ill there was nothing on him, he was less than 10stone wet and for a man at 5ft9 that's not big at all .
The freezer is the shed frigde freezer that's knackered. I will get a new one but need to sort shed out first 😂 as want a small chest freezer.

TIE well done on your loss, but not the way to lose it :( hope you are feeling a bit better.

Well i got up late, well was only 7.15 but wanted to be out by 7.45 , that didn't work 🤣 Tomorrow i need to be up at 5.15 so better not over sleep, meeting my friend , so company shop will be on the cards 😁

    Food today

    Picky plate

    Sausage caserole 4.5 syns

Morning all, it’s sunny here so DH and I are planning to be in the garden today. DD is WFH so we are limited what we can do in her bedroom that doesn’t involve noisy power tools!

I interviewed for a part time role yesterday and was successful. Hoping to start in a few weeks time once the paperwork is complete. The new house is lovely but we are uncovering things that need attention and our savings will only go so far. This is a one year contract with possible extension so I’ll see how I go.

    Food today:
    B - fruit n fibre, blueberries, 0% vanilla yogurt - HEB, S, 1
    L - JP, remaining half pack of lentils, pickles - 2, S
D - macaroni cheese - HEA for the cheese and free macaroni. It also contains evaporated milk- can anyone tell me the syns please? TIA
    HEA - milk

It’s WI tonight so I’ll take an apple and a fruit tea with me.

    Have a good day all
    Coxy

Morning all, a lovely sunny day here too @Coxy11.  A machine load of washing done and out on the line to dry.  Also been shopping this morning so now restocked with plenty of fruit and veg.  Tesco had pineapples for 99p so bought one of those and will use some stirred into the sauce tonight.  Freezer also has plenty of veg and some frozen fruit and bought loads of meat and fish at Farm Foods last week so hopefully shouldn't need much more this month.

Well done on the job offer @Coxy11.  Is it a local job, how many hours?  Hope it works out well for you.  A contract is often a good way to get a permanent job.  It's what my DD2 often does and it's worked for her each time - apart from once which was a 6 month contract and she hated it so she finished the contract and found another one.

    Today's plan:

    B - sausage sandwich
L - jacket potato, cottage cheese, pickles
D - sweet and sour chicken, rice

    HEA - milk
    HEB - bread
Syns - LF sausages 2; LF spread 3

    Have a good day everyone.

Only just over a week to go @bubbs and he can have all the space he wants @bubbs. 🤣

Shame about the Company Shop. ☹️

I've stayed on plan today. We had cauliflower cheese with dinner and, although I didn't measure, I'm pretty confident I stayed within HEXs. Fry up for breakfast and the usual LOs for lunch. Only syn in a tbsp of cornflour. 👍

ETA - Almost all brands of evaporated milk are 1 syn per tbsp @Coxy11
