The phone call with the pharmacist went well and she's added the new inhaler to my repeat prescription list so I'll order another one towards the end of next week so that I don't run out. Will try ordering just short of a month each time for the next few months in order to get a bit ahead the same as I have with my other repeat prescriptions.
Sounds like you should be able to rebook the same place soon. Must be nice to want to rebook it. Hopefully you can get it booked in soon so you don't need to worry about it.

That's good about inhaler Denise.
It is nice, not cheap but nor is a hotel and can't cook or do washing in a hotel 😁Sealed pot challenge number 003 £350 for 2015, 2016 £400 Actual£345, £400 for 2017 Actual £500:T:T £770 for 2018 £1295 for 2019:j:j spc number 22 £1,457Stopped Smoking 22/01/15:D:D::dance::dance:- 5 st 1 1/2lb :dance::dance:0 -
Evening all
I so understand the self sabotage, in the same boat myself right now. Its bloomin baltic here, wind chill bringing the temps down to minus 5. Im up early doors, scrape the car, drive on ice, journey not long enough for the car to warm, get into work where the kitchen is a partitioned area of what was a garage so absolutely freezing. Whilst body warms up hands stay like blocks of ice, I then come home, have to walk Buddy, home, light the fire, make a coffee and some brunch and its 1pm before Im warming up, and buddy wants out again at 2;30 - I seem to spend the day cold. Add to that the misery of a cracked rib ( and the lack of sleep ) I just cant fill myself. The meals that would certainly keep me satisfied in normal weather, just not doing it right now . Logically Im still eating enough, but there's no hug coming from it. And its so hard right now not to reach for the foods that I know I cant eat as I cant stop and I quite often - more then usual - cave in.But hey ho, I cant beat myself up over it, just got to plough onwards and try to make the next meal count@bubbs I got my brushed sheets/duvet cover near on 20 years ago from QVC - Northern Nights. Still on the bed during the winter months now. They are so heavy and thick. They moulted for years but now, just perfect. We only use a 4 tog duvet, but that duvet set on its like going to winter weight without too much heat - I still need to keep the feet out0 -
Self sabotage… been off it all week really due to being a bit miserable (work stress, weather, recovering from a cold, annoying gynaecological issues…). Stayed the same this week which tbh I’m happy with!Having Tesco sushi counter sushi for a Valentine’s treat tonight 🙂 (cheaper than a takeaway!).Part time working mum | Married in 2014 | DS born 2015 & DD born 2018

Morning all, it's a much brighter day today but no plans to do any washing as will be putting on clean trousers tomorrow so will leave it until tomorrow when I should have a full load. Hopefully get the bedding done on Sunday as well.
The weather sounds absolutely awful @weekendsaway. It must be awful to be cold so much of the time. It seems to be my hands and feet that are always cold! Even when we go to bed it takes ages to get my feet warm so that I can actually go to sleep!
Hope you feel better soon @Bluegreen143.
I weighed this morning and was pleasantly surprised to find I had actually lost 0.2lb! Much better than the gain I was expecting after the shortbread and meat pie this week! Somehow DH managed to lose 1.7lb and he ate even more shortbread and pies than me as well as biscuits and extra bread - it's so unfair how men lose that much easier than us women!
Today's plan:
B - scrambled eggs, toast
L - stuffed peppers
D - steak, chips, onions, mushrooms
HEA1 - milk
HEA2 - cheese
HEB - bread
Syns - weekend wine
Have a good day everyone

Hi all, sunny here!!!!
Well done on the STS @Bluegreen143 particularly when you feel rubbish x
Nowt worse than being cold and in pain from your poorly rib @weekendsaway - hope things improve soon on both counts!
Well done on the loss @joedenise x
Car passed it's MOT this morning. We went for a coffee (just coffee for me I promise!) whilst it was being done, and ran a few errands in town. Going for an impromptu pub lunch with DSis and BIL today as our diaries aligned. DD still wants fish n chips takeout tonight though, so depending on what we have for lunch, DH might share a portion later. Had my usual cereal with fruit and 0% yog for breakfast and have just had an apple to keep me going until we eat, as table booked for 1.30pm.
Have a good day all

Still here 🤗
Had a good chat with a lovely Dr on Monday re ongoing issues. She explained all the previous test results too. After saying my gallstone wasn’t causing an issue I was woken in the early hours with stomach pain in gallbladder area 😢. Since then I’ve had constant cramping pain and vomited a couple of times too. Dr has referred me to Gastro which previous Dr was supposed to have done 🤷🏼♀️ so just waiting for appointment. So this week has been dire pain wise, had to keep going as my 1-1 (& class) have been doing practice SATS & he’s not keen on working with anyone else! It was hard work but I’m so proud of him for just being able to complete the papers without major deregulation. Wish this pain would do one though! Not sure what WI will be 🥺Its not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T

Another one trying not to self sabotage too badly, temperature here has been 2 degrees today, a bitter wind.
@joedenise great news about the new inhaler.
@Coxy11 the garden sounds interesting, it will be lovely to work there as Spring arrives.
@weekendsaway oh poor you, rib injuries are so painful, I hope it reduces soon.
@Millan your visit to Wales sounds most rejuvenating
@bubbs I hope that you are able to firm-up on the booking soon for peace of mind.
@Bluegreen143 you are really going through it ATM, hope fully things will be easier after the weekend.
@TakeItEazy poor you I remember how much pain OH was in with his gall bladder.
I lost just 0.5lb when at WI on Wednesday, the same again at least will be very welcome next year.
Take care and keep warm everyone.

Despite the pizza and various other synful bits I managed STS this week very pleased with that.
just had bacon and mushroom risotto for tea with some HEa Parmesan (don’t know if it still is one but I’m counting it) and a dollop of LF creme fraiche in it (4)
keep going everyone, spring is on its way my “freckles” clematis is in flower 😍 and that is always the start of spring for me.4 weeks until I get off on a holiday and I can’t flipping wait. Hoping to shift 2lbs before that to be at the very bottom of my range for that 🤞🏻🤞🏻0 -

Well done to everyone that lost or STS.
Hope Maman is ok, don't think she mentioned going away?
TIE hope you don't wait too long, my friend has been waiting nearly 18mths for treatment from the hospital, every time she gets an appointment it is then cancelled!Food today
