I don't mind the tinned confit @maman but as you say they cost an arm and a leg!  Think the 4 leg one was something like 12 Euros!  There's a market about an hour from us where a French guy has a stall and he sells the tinned confit but he wants a similar amount for the 2 leg tins!

I'm hoping we'll be able to replicate the recipe at home too as it's definitely not something we can do syn free at the moment!

According to the Google, Yeo Valley make a fat free creme fraiche which is stocked in Tesco. Does anyone know how many syns? 🤔

I googled it and someone of F'book has said it is 4 syns per 100ml or 0.5 syn per Tbs.

Looks like Sainsbury's stock it too.  Both priced at £1.60 for the 200ml tub.

Sorry Denise , never saw your post  yesterday, perhaps didn't refresh . Glad it was ok. Yes i was starving even after tea and my fruit and ice cream and i said to dh i am hungry, he then chucks a crunchie at me, i couldnt not eat it 🤣🤣 9 1/2 syns but within my syns for the day, Maman i know you like crunchie, they are only 29p in farmfoods, hence why we had some 🤣

Yes last orders written, just waiting for the last dribblers to bu tonight and then i will turn the page off , otherwise people will be buying next week, despite me putting a notice up every night for the last 3 weeks that last orders are tomorrow!

Just spoke to Mum she is ok, fell on her bum but because of her knees and feet couldn't get  up, she said don't know how it happened , she just got up to go loo. Once my sister got there, she couldn't get her up on her own, so rang a work colleague to help her, she then went loo and back to bed and woke up at 10 🤣 

Coxy what do they think? How the hell is she going to do that 🤣

Thanks for the syns information @joedenise. I'll look in Sainsburys as we have one locally, otherwise Tesco which is a bit further away. Dauphioise go really well with gammon and we'll definitely have that over the next few weeks.

Thanks for the Crunchie info. I was in there for milk today but they didn't have any. The site they're on has been sold for development and they'll have to move out. Not sure if they will open elsewhere. 🤔

Yes we're away for Christmas @bubbs.  I'll read along while we're away but doubt I'll post!  Don't think anyone will want to know what I'm eating and drinking!  We'll be back for new year though.

Yes counting down, i have 59 orders to do tomorrow. Cant wait to finish , well i wont be finished as we will be sorting the unit and re arraigning putting Christmas stock at he back, bringing, forward Easter and Mothers day stock, but can do in our own time, its the listings that take 5/6 hrs a day and while i am not doing them we have plenty of time .

Also need to drop friends Christmas presents off, well need to wrap them first!

I managed to pick up some of those beetroot jars yesterday @bubbs I was so excited 🤣 

I have a lunch free day! My friend has come down with the lurgy that’s going around so we’ve agreed to postpone until January.  I’m going to get on with the housework and get DS1’s room finished off for him arriving tomorrow. DS2 is doing the shopping trip 😉

Food wise I’ve had my usual fruit and yoghurt,I’ve taken minestrone soup from the freezer for lunch and dinner is going to be chicken with chips and salad.

Morning all, looks like it's another dry but grey day today.  No more washing until we come back even though there's nearly half a binful already!  Bedding I did yesterday was finished off on the airer overnight so now folded and put away so place looking a bit tidier!  Always seems to look untidy with the airer up for some reason.

Bet you're glad you're on the final leg of Christmas listing/selling/delivering @bubbs.  Time for a good rest until New Year and you have to start sorting out the unit again ready for the various holidays next year - do you do Valentine's Day stuff or do you start with Easter/Mother's Day?

I weighed this morning and lost a huge 0.1lb, LOL!  Might as well say it was STS which I'm pleased about with having eaten out twice and having had quite a bit of alcohol this week.  Still lb over top end of target and with the holiday coming up I'm expecting to be quite a bit over target by next WI day which will be just after the New Year (2 January!).

We have neighbours coming in today for a drink but no idea what time but probably late afternoon so we can swap Christmas presents and cards.  Have already delivered all the other neighbours cards.  So it may be wine but then again it may just be tea/coffee - have to wait and see what they want!

More using up of stuff today!  Today's plan:

L - chicken fajitas - HEB; P; S
D - lamb and chickpea tagine, couscous - P; S; F

HEA - milk

Woooohooooo all orders done , messages sent , delivering tomorrow and then chasing collections. Shouldn't complain but got up this morning so another load of sales 🙈 but soon wrote that out .

No i don't do valentines because f shut down and depending if Easter is early or late that causes chaos too because of shutdown, yes still work but it's catching everyone right, so mainly concentrate on every day stuff and garden stuff for spring.
