I was having a similar problem trying to post this morning @maman so likely site issue.

@milann a pound is not a lot and you’ll get if off again. Your party sounds fun.

i was out today with friends for lunch.  We went to a nearby carvery so apart from a couple of roast potatoes and some cauliflower cheese it was all on plan - no yorkie or gravy for me. I know I’m weird 🤣

I did have pudding though and goodness it was huge and only managed a few spoonfuls and brought the rest home for DS.  No dinner as I’m absolutely stuffed. And I get to do it all again tomorrow 🥳🤣

I've not had a burger in ages @bubbs and yours looked amazing. I must put some on the meal plan soon.😋

I know you have salad with evening meals very frequently but we rarely do. As I had plenty of lettuce from the weekend, I did a side salad last night with our gammon and chips and DH really enjoyed it as a nice change from cooked veg.

Other than the meals out with friends (next one coming up on Friday), I'm definitely not starting on the Christmas goodies at home yet. I've got a Christmas pudding and some of my favourite chocolates lined up and I'll buy some crisps and a cheese selection but definitely not having them until Christmas starts proper.

I don't think it's just you that doesn't like gravy @Jellybaby, IIRC @joedenise only has a tiny portion. When I go to a carvery, I always say no thanks to the gigantic Yorkshires and try to fill my plate with Speed veg leaving room for limited potatoes. Enjoy your meal today.😊

Hope everyone is dry and safe from the weather. Strong winds and rain forecast here for most of the day.☹️

    Today's plan-
B- HEB toast, bacon, egg  (P), baked beans (F), HEA1 milk for drinks
L- LO casserole and pickles (P,F,S)
    D- Spaghetti Bolognese (P,S,F), HEA2 Parmesan
    Syns- 0

Morning all (only just!), just back from dentist and having breakfast out afterwards!

Still dry this morning but very windy.  Rain forecast for later.  Hope everyone stays safe, particularly those where the storm is forecast to hit hardest.

I don't have gravy at all if I can avoid it @Jellybaby & @maman!  The only time I have it is if something has been cooked in gravy like the faggots I made yesterday and I strongly suspect that the meat tomorrow at the over 60s meal in the village will have been cooked in gravy but I'll ask for one with as little gravy as possible!

    Today's plan:

    B/L - Freedom breakfast at Spoons - P; S; F; 8? (2 hash browns)
D - LO faggots, duchesse potatoes, veg - P; S; F (counted syns in faggots yesterday)

    HEA - milk
HEB - none planned although might have a skinny bar later
    Syns - 2 hash browns 8?

    Have a good day everyone.

Thanks @bubbs for the Healthy Fats list.  Is that the full list?  Think it's only avocado that I'll use from that list!

Can't get my head round SWIPs!  Been calling them syns for over 15 years now!

    Yes, thanks @bubbs

Like you @joedenise, I'll probably just have occasional avocado and be able to count it as a HEX instead of synning it.

My plan is to carry on as usual most of the time with 1 HEA and 1 HEB most days but I'll still have the occasional second HEA (like today with the Parmesan) and it's good to have the flexibility of 2 X HEBs although I don't think I'll be doing that hardly ever. I think it will be particularly useful for people taking a packed sandwich lunch to work.
