    Hi all,

Annoyed on your behalf about the FB ban - not what you need at this crucial time of thr year @bubbs ☹️☹️

Well done on the loss @joedenise - great stuff.

I am sad to report that the wreath making evening I attended last night didn’t happen. Long story but suffice to say I couldn’t get in to the premises - could hear everyone inside though ☹️ Also sad that someone gave us a fake £20 note at the quiz night which has left me feeling quite sick.

We are having salmon tonight which I’m looking forward to.  Cemetery visit tomorrow followed by a Christmas food fayre to hopefully buy some gifts. Then we are trimming up 😊

Morning all, it's actually dry again today but had horrendous wind and rain overnight, made it hard to get to sleep, was gone midnight before I managed to get to sleep and was awake again by 6.45!  Another night with not much sleep (previous night was about 5.5 hours).

Spotted on someone's thread on MSE that the co-op have a meal deal offer including a bottle of wine for £10 so joined up and went to buy it.  Probably loads of syns but have long dates on the stuff we've decided we'll have it either the night we get home (depending on time of course - I think it will probably be too late!) or the next night.  We picked up a couple of chicken tikka and rice, thick chips and a bottle of red - not bad for £10.  Also had a 25p of veg offer so picked up a pack of onions as going to need them as nearly run out.  Total shop should have been over £20 but actually paid just over £7!

Good luck with getting your listings done today @bubbs.  Do you think you'll get them all done today or will you spread them over a couple of days?  300 is a lot to list!

    Today's plan:

B - Welsh rarebit (was supposed to have been a fry up with bacon but no bacon left in the fridge!) - HEA2; HEB
    L - Charred spring onions, feta flatbread - S; 15.5?
    D - Fish pie, veg - P; S; F; 3.5

    HEA1 - milk
    HEA2 - cheese
    HEB - bread
    Syns - feta 6; flatbread 9.5 cheese sauce mix 3.5 (total 19)

Only had 10 syns yesterday so still on track for the week.

    Have a good day everyone.

Going to be full on with listings for the next few days @bubbs.  Good luck with that.  Shame you've dropped out of bottom end but just have to have some extra syns this week to put it back on and get back in range.  Maybe you need some Percy Pigs!

Yes, Percy Pigs are the answer!! 🤣

Well done on your loss @joedenise. That Coop meal is a bargain and one more synful meal after a holiday won't matter.

I've been on plan yesterday and today so far. I'm out tonight dancing with a shared supper. I know there will be a salad and cold meat but also quiche. Positive is I'll be driving so plenty of spare wine syns.

    Evening all,

Well done on the losses @joedenise and @bubbs.  I had a STS and was happy enough, will just plod on!

I’ve been out for Christmas lunch and to be honest, although I thought the price was reasonable when I ordered,  was really disappointed when it came.  I had TWO sprouts, four carrot batons along with three roast potatoes and that was the veg ☹️. I’m still hungry so going to use HEXB and have some toast with jam.

Well done @Jellybaby - an STS is good at this time of year.  I'm not expecting a loss this week as it's the village pensioners Christmas dinner on Wednesday and will be having Christmas pudding (but probably give DH half of it!).

There's a few dishes there that might be worth trying particularly that potato dauphinoise and if it's any good should be able to reproduce it as they put the recipe on the pack!    Thanks @bubbs.  Just waiting for the list of Healthy Fats and how much we can have!
