Well done to the losers and you @bubbs xx
Lunch in London was okayβ¦ weirdly the restaurant had a brunch menu with just a couple of mains. I chose the butterflied chicken with slaw and shared a portion of fries. No alcohol for me, just water. We went on to a wine bar after and I stuck to water there too. Walked back to the station afterwards so got my steps in too ππ»

We eat out at least 3 times a month, mainly because it's a good way of catching up with friends but it can be so difficult to do that and stick to SW. As prices rise, the quality of the food goes down. βΉοΈ There's so much padding out with bread and pastry, lots of deep frying and very little veg. βΉοΈ
Well done on sticking with the water @Coxy11. π
Congratulations on your losses @Jellybaby and @milann and well done on creeping back into target rangeΒ
@bubbs. π
My lunch was even later than yours. We had lunchtime football to please Sky so didnβt eat until after 3pm. I did take a banana to have with my coffee and half Crunchie so it saw me through. We've just finished dinner as we ate after 8pm which is normal for a Saturday.Β
I've had a SW breakfast (porridge and fruit), JP with tuna and salad for lunch. Tonight we've had chicken curry. Syns were Crunchie (3?), LTL mayo 1 and my usual weekend wine. π

Hi all,
Well done @Suffolksue on your loss xx
I'm very agitated today - both Mum and DD have caused me great stress and anxiety. Could have quite easily eaten the Lindt bunny that is in the fridge (since Easter) but I'm staying strong. Did a 4.5k run/walk this morning and food shopped, so steps not looking too bad. Friend I was with yesterday told me to get a dog!
Food today:
B - banana, poached egg, spinach, toasted WM protein flatbread - Free, P, S, HEB
Late L - SC gammon in pepsi max, brussels, AF potatoes, cauli cheese - P, S, free, syns for the cauli cheese (but I'll only have a little bit)
HEA - milk

Very well done on your loss @Suffolksue.ππΌ It's getting to the time of year when we really need our carbs, just try to stick to potatoes and the like ( well balanced with Speed and protein of courseπe rather than bread.
Sorry to hear you're feeling stressed @Coxy11 and well done on sticking to plan and using your exercise as a stress buster instead of the chocolate bunny.π€
The cauliflower cheese may not be as bad as you think as you can offset the cheese with your 2nd HEA and anything leftover from your milk HEA.
It's a miserable, wet day here although shouldn't complain as it's the first rain in weeks. I'm really looking forward to a hot, roast dinner later.
Today's plan-
B- HEB toast, eggs (P), tomatoes and mushrooms (S), HEA milk for drinks
L- JP with LO curry and salad (P,F,S)
D- roast chicken (P), potatoes, roast parsnips (F), many Speed veg (S)
Syns- HM gravy 4, weekend wineπ0 -
Iβm a stress eater so feel your pain but youβre doing grand staying away from the chocolate bunny @Coxy11.ΒWell done on the loss @Suffolksue π
A wet, miserable day here too @maman. I made loads of soup yesterday for the freezer - pea and ham, chicken and rice, broccoli and cauliflower. I also cooked a gammon joint for tonightβs dinner and will turn the leftover liquid into tomato and garlic lentil soup.
I had a bacon roll with mushrooms and tomatoes late morning and will have the gammon later with new potatoes, cabbage, carrots and sweetcorn. Although, Iβm wanting cauliflower cheese now ππ€£0 -

Thank you all and sorry for the pity party. My Mum asked me why I wasnβt eating sugar βare you trying to lose weight?β A lot of my issues with food stem from her - thatβs not what stressed me out though.
