    Evening all,

Good you got the new freezer sorted @bubbs in time for company shop visit 😁

My car is fixed and I’m not thinking about the cost 😳 there is a small possibility that one of the sensor lights may still cause a problem and if it reappears I’ve to take it back in. Fingers crossed …..

Ate random foods/meals as DS was doing the shopping after work for me as I was waiting for the garage to call so used up the last odd bits and pieces from the fridge and cupboards but all on plan.

Pleased you could sort out a new one from Curry's so quickly @bubbs. It would be really serious if you couldn't get bargains from the Company Shop into the freezer. 🤣

Good luck for WI tomorrow to you and @Jellybaby. 🤞. you both get what you want.

Yes @bubbs. It is a new freezer, still under guarantee so I'm watching it carefully.

Glad you're mobile again @Jellybaby, despite the cost.,☹️

    Morning all,

Looking forward to seeing what the company shop has to offer @bubbs. Living vicariously through your trips!!

I’m off to London again today for lunch. Menu online is a bit confusing so I’m going to have to wing it. Have already messaged my pals to say I’m not drinking so it won’t be a surprise (we normally sink 2 bottles of wine between the 4 of us).

I’ve had a banana and will also have a toasted bagel and poached egg with spinach which uses up my HEB for the day.

Hope you all have a good day.

I haven’t had chance to read since I last posted. Not sure where the time has gone.
Just wanted a quick check in. I’ve been out and about….lots of eating out but I was conscious of what was passing my lips. 1 1/2 lost so 1 1/2 to go to my new stone. 👍
Got to dash. I will read everything when I get chance 🤞

Well done on the loss @milann and proves we can enjoy eating out and still lose 🎉

I lost a pound and am happy with that. Group was rather noisy with everyone talking over each other and consultant having their own conversations with a few members they’re friendly with.

Earlier I had a sweet omelette with banana, strawberries and yoghurt with a tbsp skinny toffee syrup (another bottle gifted from my mother. I think she has a bottling plant in one of the bedrooms!  I have never seen her buy this and she wouldn’t know where to start shopping on line but this must be the fourth bottle I’ve received🙈) . I’ve still to decide on dinner as it’s just me but will either be spaghetti bolognaise or chilli with rice from the freezer.
