    Morning all,

Another dry-ish day here. Have been on a walk/run - getting slightly quicker each time which is good. A lady has just collected a chest of drawers I advertised on FBMP, so that’s some space back in the garage.Β

    Food today:
B - WM toast, AF bacon, mushrooms, banana - HEB, P, S, free
    L - JP, tuna, mayo, salad and pickles - 0.5, P, 2, S
D - meatballs* and spaghetti with HM tomato sauce, Parmesan, satsuma - ??, free, S, HEA
    HEA - milk
    Syns - 2 plus meatballsΒ

Please would someone check the syns for me for Aldi meatballs - Ashfield British beef x 24. Thank you xx

Your food looks fab as always @bubbs - good that you are busy. Β When do you stop for Christmas?

    Feel better soon @maddiemay x

    Mmmm @maman meringue - love a meringue!

The meatballs are 1 syn each @Coxy11. For information, if you buy meatballs again from Aldi, there's a 5% fat one listed, packs of 12 that are 3 for half a syn.

When I cook mine in the tomato sauce, I add some whole mushrooms as they have a meaty bite to them and it adds to the Speed. Then you won't feel deprived for just having two! 😁

    Back soon with today's menu.Β

    Morning all,

Hope you feel better soon @maddiemay. Β  Your pics have inspired me @bubbs and chicken skewers will be on the menu next week πŸ˜‹

I’ve been for my flu jag this morning and meeting a friend for lunch shortly. 🀞they still do baked potatoes! I’ve taken lentil soup from the freezer for tea as I’ll be home alone and also Β in case I don’t fancy anything heavier after lunch.

Hope you're lucky with the JP @Jellybaby. 🀞🏼 It's strange that when we go out for lunch we rarely want much in the evening either. It's not as if I don't have a substantial lunch at home.πŸ€”

I was wondering @bubbs whether you're eating enough food. I know you have decent portions but you seem to only have 2 meals a day. Didn't you used to take food with you in the car when you were working? πŸ€”

I'm making a corned beef hash today from YS Aldi corned beef. It's only 5 syns for the whole pack (10 slices) so that makes it more SW friendly than I thought. I've had some really good 30-50% off bargains in Aldi lately.

    Today's plan-
    B- HEB porridge, HEA 1 milk , blueberries, pear (S), banana (F)
L- LO casserole and pickles (P,F,S)
D- corned beef hash (P,F,S, HEA2 cheese topping), cabbage, cauli, broccoli (S)
    Syns- 2.5?πŸ€”
