Forgot to say we popped into Tesco earlier as it is next door to Dobbie's and got an amazing bargain of box of figs reduced from £5 to £1.75.  There were 13 in the box - we've already had a couple each and they are lovely.

Morning all, a lovely start to the day but forecast to cloud over later and possible rain so have got 2 loads out on the line including the bedding.  Supposed to be very windy but there's virtually no wind at all at the moment but hopefully it will dry OK.

Not much planned for today other than remaking the bed of course and cooking lunch and dinner.  DH cooked breakfast as usual for a Sunday.  Will probably do some crafting this morning as long as it isn't too cloudy as my craft/sewing room needs good light coming into it to be able to see properly.

    Today's plan:

    B - fry up with sausages - P; S; F; 2
L - burger, onions, gherkin slices in soft pitta - HEB; S; 0.5
    D - roast pork dinner, roast veg, roast potatoes, green veg - P; S; F; 1

    HEA - milk
    HEB - soft pitta
    Syns - sausages 2; burger 0.5; apple sauce 1

    Have a good day everyone.

You must have said out loud what you were thinking @bubbs. 🤣

Really lovely day here too, all the better because didn't expect it. Hope it brightened up with you @joedenise.

I had cleared the washing basket yesterday but I did hand wash a dress. Must do some ironing soon. I think our next thread should be Weather Forecast and Washing with SW! 🤣

    Today's plan -
B- HEB bap, scrambled eggs and tomatoes (P, S), HEA milk for drinks
L- LO Mexican bake with ham and pickles (P, F, S)
D- roast chicken (P), new potatoes (F), loads of veg (S)
    Syns - gravy 4, weekend wine 😁

Brightened up nicely this afternoon and definitely did't get the forecast high winds.  In fact it's really sunny and still at the moment.  Last of the washing brought in and put away.

What's this hand washing and ironing you talk of, LOL?

    Hi all,

I laughed at the thread title @maman 🤣 but the weather has been great here too 😁

I’ve thought some more about SP and decided to leave it until next week! I’ve already got my meal plan in place for this week and dont fancy playing around with it; it takes me long enough as it is!

I had baked oats with yoghurt and fruit for breakfast, an Americano out shopping with my aunt, I’ve picked on some ham and pickles to keep me going until dinner later and that’s mince, potatoes and loads of veg. I’ve used one HEXA, HEXB and 1.5 syns  so far.

I'm really pleased you've had a good day too @Jellybaby as, so often, we're going on about lovely weather down south while you're freezing.

What you could do is stick with your meal plan but limit the carbs and up the Speed if you have enough in. 🤔

Oh dear @bubbs, no Yorkshires. ☹️

I had a similar problem the last time I made egg muffins. Does anyone use silicone moulds?🤔
