Have a great time away @bubbs enjoy the break and treats 😁
Fab going @milann 👏. Hope things settle for your DH @maddiemay
I chose chicken shaslik and enjoyed every mouthful, along with a couple of glasses of wine.

That's good to hear @Jellybaby. I always think syns should be enjoyed to the full. I feel so cross if I have to waste syns on things like mediocre bread or pastry because the restaurant/café doesn't do anything else.Jellybaby said:I chose chicken shaslik and enjoyed every mouthful, along with a couple of glasses of wine.
Not much happening here. I'm hoping washing will dry but rain could appear at any moment. I've done my meal plan for the week so will shop after lunch.
In @bubbs' absence, I'm making fake KFC tonight. I count mine as syn free because I use couscous instead of instant potato.
Today's plan-
B- HEB toast, eggs (P), baked beans (F), HEA milk for drinks
L- ham (P), 1 potato (F), LO veg and pickles (S)
D- Fake KFC (P), SW chips (F), green stuff, tomatoes, mushrooms (S)
Syns- weekend wine😁0 -
It’s going to be quiet on here with both Bubbs and Denise away 😉🤣
I did my food shop this morning and came home in torrential rain which hasn’t stopped! Everything is SW friendly apart from a couple of treats for DS2.Dad was a bit breathless when we were out so opted for lunch at home rather than a pub lunch. I had a ham salad roll, two nectarines and a coffee. DS is out tonight so I may just have some lentil soup later.I’m expecting a small gain this week but we’ll see what the scales say in the morning 🤞0 -
Good luck for tomorrow @Jellybaby. You never know what will happen with SW. 🤣
We've only had a few drops of rain and it's windy so washing all dried in a couple of hours.👍
I think @joedenise is back very soon so she can start us off in the mornings. I'm sure she'll get back on plan ASAP. 😁0 -
You’re right @macman - I’m back Monday evening. We’ll probably get back around 6.30 so will go straight to Spoons and I’ll probably have a jacket potato and salad or maybe steak and salad.
I’m planning on weighing Tuesday morning to see how much damage is done! Quite a bit by the fit of my clothes!1 -
Afternoon al,
It’s a cold, very wet day here. Actually had the heating on for an hour earlier!Popped to class and as suspected, a gain of two pounds. A bit more than I thought but proves alcohol definitely goes on very quickly! Back to being good - again 🤣
I had a sweet omelette, fruit and yoghurt when I got in from group, some chopped fruit as I was peckish about an hour ago and it’s spaghetti bolognaise with Parmesan for dinner.0 -
It's chilly here too @Jellybaby but we're resisting the heating although DH has suggested it.
Sorry about the gain. ☹️ You're probably right about the alcohol. ☹️
I'll be alcohol free tonight as I'm driving to a dance.
Breakfast was porridge with fruit, lunch was a Spanish omelette with pickles. I'm taking a small salad to eat later when we have a break so only syns today is in LTL mayo. 😇0 -
