My dance class restarts tonight after the summer break. My strained leg muscle still isn't 100% but I'm going to go and see how it bears up. I'm a firm believer that it's what we eat and drink that affects weightloss but the feel good factor with Body Magic is important too. 

Today's plan-
B- HEB porridge, HEA1 milk, red berries (S), banana (F)
L- chicken, ham (P), veg hash and pickles (S)
D- Spaghetti Bolognese (P,F,S), HEA2 Parmesan

I have eaten badly today - picking at all the wrong things. Feeling a bit low - no idea why. Birthday tomorrow and we are eating out tonight with friends and tomorrow night with family. It is what it is!

I'm being attacked by the munchies this afternoon @Coxy11. So far, I've limited it to blueberries and cold meat. Pleased to be going out this evening so I won't be tempted the night before WI.

Thanks everyone, Denise nice to see you posting, hope you are having a fab holiday.

DH had a telephone appointment 🙄 but she told him what the infection was , he said why do they have to use such big words as he couldn't remember what it was. But anyway she has given him more antibiotics as it has not cleared up completely, just waiting for Boots to message to say they are ready!
He did mention the pain in his chest/shoulder she said go to drop in clinic 🙄 which i know he won't, but it never woke him last night but he must be shattered as had a sleep for about an 2 hrs but a side effect from the tablets is drowsiness .

Someone has just been and collected there order, i said OMG you have lost alot of weight, so i asked her if she was on the jabs, yes 😫 she said i have done them all WW, SW etc, but i eat alot, i said so do i! She said but because it was free on SW she didn't know when to stop, tbh she looked ill (obs i never said that) that's 3 of my customers that are on it!



 Thought i sent this earlier , but obviously not 😂

That’s basically what my GP said when we chatted about it when I had my last shoulder jab.

Been unit all morning, getting ready for when we are back from holiday, had quite alot of rain today but dry now.

Afternoon all,

It’s been an eating rubbish self sabotage day so far 🙈 I know the reason for it and feeling a bit sorry for myself but I’ll get over it.

My SIL is on the jabs and lost nearly five stone. In all honesty she looks awful and is paying a huge amount of money for them. I tried to encourage her to join me at SW a few times but she kept saying it wasn’t fast enough so I keep my mouth closed now.

Usual service will resume tomorrow 🤞
