Well done on your pound off @Jellybaby.πŸ‘πŸΌπŸ‘πŸΌπŸ‘πŸΌ Hope you can do it again this week and push on to that next sticker.πŸ‘πŸΌ

So just one shoe did the trick @bubbs!🀣 You're in a brilliant position to enjoy your holiday, well done you!

I really can't see the logic in your friend eating the curly wurly on the way to WI either. Why has she even got chocolate bars in her car?? It's no surprise you laughed. I'm still shaking my head in disbelief.

Welcome back from your holiday @Coxy11. You did brilliantly well not to gain while you were away.πŸ‘πŸΌ I'm sure you can get back to target if you choose SW friendly food whenever you can. Tonight's Bolognese is a good start.😊

I need to make more lentil soup @Jellybaby although today's weather has been excellent here, like going back to summer for a day.😎

This afternoon, I've put savoury mince in the SC, made tonight's curry, made extra brown rice for the freezer and prepped veg for tomorrow so pleased with myself.😁

Today's plan- B- HEB toast, eggs (P), mushrooms and tomatoes (S), HEA milk for drinks
    L- warm ham salad (P,S,F)
D- chicken curry and rice (P,S,F)
    Syns- weekend wine😊

Well done on your loss @Jellybaby and your gain @bubbs!! I love a curly wurly 🀣

Slight change to meal plan - I had leftover tuna pasta bake for lunch. This was after I spent 2.5 hours hand raking the lawn of leaves - two wheelie bins and 10 sacks. The bolognaise was lovely tonight with a small glass of red wine.Β

    Morning all,

Woke at 5am, couldn’t get back to sleep so got up and started clearing out my wardrobes! I got rid of a lot of stuff when I finished work but I’ve been really ruthless and have four bags ready for the charity shop. Still to do shoes, boots and the biggie, trainers and handbags 😳

Im about to have fruit and yoghurt for breakfast, veggie omelette and pickles for lunch and we’re having the gammon I cooked yesterday with hasselback potatoes, cabbage, cauliflower and carrots for dinner.

Thanks for the mention of savoury mince @maman. I’ve taken some mince out of the freezer and make it for tomorrow night which will cover a cancelled dinner out.

Not sure if the small glass of red wine was in the Bolognese or in you @Coxy11.🀣

Well done all the Body Magic in the garden.πŸ‘πŸΌ

Sorry to hear that your night out was cancelled @Jellybaby. I needed to build up the HM ready meals as I'd got very low so now I've got the mince, chilli, Bolognese and meatballs so I'm happy.

We really enjoyed the curry last night so I think I'll make extra of that next time. I kept a small portion for my lunch today and it was delicious.

I'm feeling fat again today. I suppose it's perfectly normal to fluctuate but it seems so hard to see off that final pound.☹️

    Today's plan-
B- HEB toast, eggs, bacon (P), baked beans (F), HEA milk for drinks
    L- JP, yogurt (F), chicken curry (P,S), salad (S)
    D- roast chicken dinner (P,F,S)
    Syns- gravy 4, weekend wine

Those Ryvita crackers are a firm favourite with you @bubbs. 😁

It's been hot and quite muggy here too but I'm not complaining, we'll have enough cold months coming up. Can't believe how quickly the lawns are recovering. πŸ‘
