    Morning all,

    Both @maman !!!

I didn't get on yesterday. Was wide awake at 4am so was up drinking tea for many hours before anyone else surfaced. We went to Ramsgate and Sandwich - was a very hot day and I overdressed but this meant the 10k+ steps I did burnt off more!! We had lunch out plus a coffee and cake, so a write off in terms of SW friendly, but it was a lovely day. Hadn't been to Sandwich before and will definitely go back on a weekday to take advantage of the little independent shops there.

Today I have the excitement of a tip run(!) and a visit to Bee and Emmmm as there is a possible gift there for one of my many nephews for the C word. I am starting early as didn't buy anything until December last year due to the move, and it was very stressful and busy.

    Food today:
B - protein bagel thin, poached egg - HEB, P
    L - LO courgette risotto - free
D - filled pasta and sauce* - syns
    HEA - milk
    HEA - parmesan
    Syns -

*DH bought this last Sunday when we arrived home from the airport. It didn't get eaten and now needs to be! Can't bear waste....

Well done on the wardrobe clear out @Jellybaby - it's so cathartic.

Hi folks, I have been promising myself that I would give myself a sort of hard reset by getting back on plan and logging in here regularly, it has taken me a couple of weeks to get here, but will try and stick now.
OH's MRI scan inconclusive which was a blow, now
having an endoscopic Ultrasound (pre scan bits and bobs on Tuesday and the procedure on Friday fingers crossed! Meanwhile he has some good days and some poorly ones and has lost 1.5 stones since April BMI only c26 to begin with.  All we can do is plod on following @beanielou's philosophy.
Well done to those happy with their recent WI's neat use of added shoes :disappointed:
Not been to meeting for a couple of weeks and I am just over the max now, I have a little while to get my head right and try to get in target range again.

    Afternoon all.

Coxy i am planning on cake and all sorts next week.

I have already done half of my C shopping 😁 i am too busy with work from end of Sept and running till 2 weeks before Xmas as i insist all orders collected by 14th so i can get straight and sorted out, this is as a rule.

As we know DH is not well, results back today and they are abnormal 😢😢 need to see a doctor but of course it was too late by the time the results came through as no appointments left! He is also waking in the night /early hrs with chronic (what he thinks is indigestion) this morning he was up before 6 with it, i think he has a hiatus hernia as that's what i was like and said he NEEDS to tell doctor when he sees him!

Maddie hope you get some answers soon , you need to get your head around DH first and get some answers there, if your head is not in the right place it's very difficult

Oh @bubbs sorry to read this, a real downer to be going away before OH can see a doctor.
I think I need to do a little towards SW to give me a bit of focus in life, worst case I can go to group and pay (too tight really) and have some company occasionally I think that OH would enjoy a little time to himself.

I think you're both exactly right to try and focus on SW despite worrying about respective DHs @bubbs and @maddiemay. As well as some time with other people, it's something you are in control of. 🤗

We can't waste food on a mse thread @Coxy11! 🤣 No idea of the syns but if you really want to know🤔, post the brand or the food values.

    Today's plan -
B- HEB toast, eggs, bacon (P), tomatoes (S), HEA milk for drinks
    L- usual Monday) LOs (P, S, F)
D- cold chicken (P), SW chips (F), stir fry veg (S)
    Syns - 0

    @Coxy11 I’ve done quite a bit of ‘C’ shopping too 😁

Busy day with clinic appointments for the parents and back tomorrow with my aunt 🙈 Food has been on plan and I’m using syns tonight for a glass of wine.
