Morning all,

The weather is bloody awful here too! In between looking at holidays, I’ve bought a few summer things from the fat face shop. Love their clothing but would never, ever pay full price for it!  I’m looking at Lanzarote, any recommendations?  I’ve been to Puerto del Carmen about twenty years ago but believe it’s a lot bigger and noisier now.

Back to food 😀 I’ve had the usual fruit and yoghurt for breakfast, probably a baked potato with beans for lunch as I’m taking my dad to a clinic appointment so he’ll be keen to stay out! Dinner is homemade lasagne with salad - counting 4 syns and 2 HEXAs.

Well just now we are right in the middle of a thunder storm 😱 came from no where! Think it will brighten up again though, was very much like autumn this morning .

Had to take DH doctors, he said Monday something was not right and again last night, he is right, he has an infection, where that has come from i don't know. On mega strength antibiotics and pain    killers prescribed. Doctor took swab and have to ring Friday for results 🙏🙏He also said a lump was present 😢Doctor said hopefully be sorted before we go away 🙏

I've never been to the Canaries either @Jellybaby, shame that @joedenise isn't here to advise as I'm pretty sure she's been there for winter sun

1lb off at WI this morning, so still a pound to go to get back into range, hopefully next week. 

It was much better at the morning group, different people and a different atmosphere entirely. I caught up with someone from my old group. She and I started SW together but she's rejoining for about the 6th time. 😁

Today's plan - 
B- HEB Weetabix, HEA milk 
L- veggie omelette and salad (P, S) 
D- liver, bacon (P), mash (F), onions, greens, carrots (S) 
Syns - some for gravy? 🤔

We go to Costa Teguise in Lanzarote.  Have been to Playa Blanca but didn’t like as much.

He said Monday something wasn't right, showed me last night and i said no, that's an infection, gave him the choice, a&e last night or docs this morning, didn't want to go a&e so docs it was  today and i said if we can't get an appointment i will ring consultant up.

Jelly hope so, they are strong, he said usually wouldn't give you them till we know what strain it is but because you are going away want you to start straight away, just hope it's only infection and the lump is  part of infection

Used to go to Lanzarote twice a year Jellybaby but not been in years.  The good news is still not built up
