Back from our day out and had a good time.  I wanted to get a new swimming costume and managed to get one but when I tried it on when we got home it's too baggy round the legs so I'm going to take it back to the local branch.  Did manage to pick up another pair of shorts for a fiver from a CS - they're good quality ones from Fat Face and look brand new.

I did indeed find the fish restaurant again!  I had grilled lemon sole, jacket potato and salad.  There would be a few syns for a bit of butter but probably only a tsp of it as I said I only wanted a very small amount.  Really enjoyed it.  DH had jumbo cod and chips with onion rings and he couldn't manage all the chips!  I had a glass of white wine with mine and he had a 0% beer as he was the one driving.

Unbelievably, I lost 2lbs at WI. It seems ridiculous as I've eaten out twice this week and stayed 100 % on plan the previous 3 weeks but STS. 🤔 SW is like a Magical Mystery Tour sometimes. 🤣

Just 1lb to get back into target, so will keep plodding on.

Denise, well done on your sewing, made me think when i sorted my wardrobe out at the weekend, i don't own a skirt 🤣🤣 loads of dresses but no skirts! Didn't think about that till today!

Jelly a food coma 🤣🤣 but you do get fed up with it after a while, enjoy the time with family and friends .

I said to DH i am bloody starvin about 11 when we was at the unit, he goes nothing new there then 🤣 then i had finished my tea, he had about half left, he goes are you hungry?   I said i bloody was.

Lunch was a massive plate for 1/2 hexb, 1/2 hexa

Teas was 2 syns

Well done @maman on your brilliant loss.  You're right about SW being a bit of a magical mystery tour!  There's no rhyme nor reason to our losses and gains!  Maybe the eating out and helped after your 3 weeks of staying on plan.  Do you think it might work for me with eating out, LOL?

I don't eat meatballs. but must say this looks lush, just seen it posted on a woman i follow on FB, she makes some incredible looking meals but lots are pasta 😢 She has lost about 7 stone eating like this!
