Shame about the problems with the MH @joedenise, hope it's fixed PDQ.🤞🏼

We had a really lovely meal last night. I know there were syns but I thoroughly enjoyed it. One thing that wasn't synful was cucumber cannelloni, which was finely shaved slices of cucumber wrapped around crab meat.😋

The bad news is that DH wants to go to the pub for lunch tomorrow to watch the football and we've been invited out for brunch on Monday to celebrate a friend's birthday. I'll just have to navigate it as best I can, a day at a time.

    Today's plan-
B- HEB porridge, HEA milk, strawberries (S), banana (F)
    L- JP (F), tuna (P), salad (S)
D- chicken curry with rice (P,S,F)
Syns- LTL mayo 1, possibly mango chutney 2, weekend wine😁
Thanks @maman but from what the guy was saying to DH on the phone it could be quite a long job so no doubt expensive!  Fortunately we haven't any other motorhome planned trips away so doesn't really matter if it takes a while, although we'll have to let them know we are away first 2 weeks of September so he gets it done by end of month as don't think he'll want it taking up space in his carpark!

Glad you enjoyed your anniversary meal.  The cucumber cannelloni sounds lovely - love a bit of crab meat - not had any for ages.

That last bit "have to navigate it as best I can, a day at a time" - sounds a bit like AA!

Which chicken recipe did you decide to go with in the end?  I'm sure you'll enjoy it whichever it was.

    Join the club @Jellybaby! 🤗

I'm probably going to do a mix of recipes @joedenise. I like the Hairy Bikers but would prefer a tin of tomatoes like the Good Food recipe as we like plenty of sauce. Also, lots of extra Speed will be going in, as recommended by a NHS recipe and what I'd do anyway. 😁

Were you supposed to be taking the MH to Norfolk? 🤔

Not sure how you feel about the gain @bubbs 🤔, although I'd happily be at the bottom of target. 😁

Fantastic loss @Millan, sorry you did not get the results you hoped for @maman, and @bubbsand @joedenise so frustrating on @bubbs
@joedenise rotten news re: the motorhome. Great WI today @TakeItEazy fingers crossed on being in range soon.
On Wednesday I made it back to goal, had a few up and down days generally, so had gained at home WI today I know it will be difficult to settle back to low range again particularly while life is so up and down in and trying to keep OH "up"

If the garage can't sort out the wipers there's going to be a big problem as they're not available any more!  The motorhome is over 20 years old and the garage recently tried to get hold of a new motor for it but couldn't so he just had to have a fiddle about with it to sort it out (that was before our June holiday to France).

The bigger problem is the electrical stuff!  A fuse blew and DH started mucking about trying to sort it and made things worse.  Just hope the garage can sort things out when we take it in.
