You're definitely right @bubbs.  4.5 syns per 25g according to the book I've got - don't think there's been another new one since I stopped going to group.  Why on earth would anyone put it through the estimator when it's listed in the book, on the website and in the app?  Doesn't make sense.  Sounds like they put "Potato" as a Free food if it's coming out at less than 4.5.

The syns come out at 24 syns for the batch so depends how many it makes as to how many syns each they are!  18 syns for the Smash and 6 syns for 40g reduced fat cheddar.

Thanks Denise, because they are cocky and think they know everything? 🤣🤣🤣according to her 3 syns for the whole lot! Few people are going to have a disappointing weight loss this week!

Definitely if they think that lot is only 3 syns!  Need to make 8 out of the mix for them to be that each!!!

Meant to say that like @maman we haven't had the wall to wall sunshine forecast!  It's been cloudy all day with a bit of rain but in the air rather than a downpour.

PS. Meant to say I've finished my skirt and it's an absolutely perfect fit!  Only trouble is because it's grey it looks a bit like a work skirt (or a school skirt as my DH said!).  It's definitely a pattern I'd make again in a different fabric.

Today I have not eaten take out or junk food, have not spent money on any food and I feel a bit more in control albeit not dieting or on plan.

Thanks CrazyBee, think about when you spend on trash, like a chocolate bar or ice creams/crisps or whatever your go too is, most chocolate bars are £1 or more, you could buy a bag of pears/apples/satsuma for that 1 bar eat the bag or save some for next day and it's free and on plan., for crisps for instance, you could buy a couple of tomatoes, half a cucumber and a lettuce.

That's how i look at it anyway
