Everytime I try to lose weight I just feel ever so hungry, I try to let it subside but I just feel I need to eat. I know on SW you are supposed to not feel hungry but I don't really eat a lot of healthy things, I wouldn't think it was great eating a lot of ham for example not only expensive in the quantities I would need but also not really healthy, When I am eating less I just feel like I need to eat, there is hunger and there is hunger. Even when I ate that can of beans I still felt hungry it is not enough to eat a can of beans. Which is why I have had very naughty dinners these last two nights...which will stop now! But I really don't know what to do. My psychiatrist did recommend surgery, MD and I think it is a bad idea because I do eat a lot and I would probably break the stomach, also a lot of the time it is mental issues, I would probably still treat myself to all the wrong things, so it would be pointless. The fact is I feel satiated by unhealthy food, and healthy food I do not. But I know there will be a period of adjustment, so If I could just get mind over matter maybe I can sort myself out? I feel it is too late for me. I will try again tomorrow - but no curry, I overcooked it and it has put me off eating it, therefore I will have tomorrow:-

All my trousers are fixed waistbands as well @maman so I'm used to my clothes telling me when I've put a few pounds on. I know I've lost a bit as I managed to squeeze into my size 10 jeans at the weekend; couldn't carry on wearing them with this heat so it's shorts now!
Agree @bubbs, definitely a much drier heat and so much more comfortable than hot temperatures here!2 -
Crazy bee, but you need veg or salad, these will help fill you up, with your breakfast have some fruit, or a couple of boiled eggs, boiled eggs, ham, seafood sticks, greek ff yoghurt these will all fill you up, it's protein you need to fill you up.
Hope this helps, i would be starving if that's all i had eaten, why not have a big salad with your JP and beans?

Morning all, second day of wearing shorts (and it’s only 6.15) loving it. Today is to be hotter at 28ish degrees.
Drum roll, there’s nothing left to wash! I even washed rain jackets and a just in case jacket and cardigan I keep in the car yesterday 😇
Its frustrating but keep plodding @maman you might need a few extra weekend wine syns to shake things up 🤔

I have an exercise class this morning 🤞it’s not too hot! Then I plan to potter around the garden and sit with my book.Today’s food:
B - bran flakes HEXB, strawberries, yoghurt 0.5 syns
L - ham and mushroom omelette, pickles
D - Milann’s chicken pizza, salad, may have a few SW chips and 1syn for balsamic dressing
Will use HEXAs for milk in coffee and cheese on chicken.

Morning all, it's going to be another hot day, we're heading for high 20s as well @Jellybaby. We won't get the very high temperatures that towns get being right on the coast, it's always a few degrees lower especially if there's a bit of sea breeze, although nothing much this morning.
@CrazyBee787 - you definitely need to include plenty of fruit and veg into your meals/snacks as that's one of the main parts of the plan - you need to be aiming for at least 1/3 of your daily food as Speed foods - SW say every meal but it's not easy to incorporate Speed with every meal so spread it across the whole day.
Things like swapping bananas and grapes for apples, pears, berries will certainly increase the amount of Speed to eat. On the veg front swapping potatoes for swede and carrot mash, roast potatoes for chunks of roasted butternut squash. You can still have the potatoes but maybe have less and increase the Speed foods.
As @bubbs said you also need the protein as they help fill you up.
I'm having to change what I'd planned for today as have run out of mince (had planned minced beef hash) and a beef bourguignon and have run out of beef chunks! Couple of must buys when I go shopping.
So today's plan:
B - Spanish omelette - P; S
L - cheese salad wrap - HEB; HEA2; S; 1.5
D - pork steak, new potatoes (from the garden), fried up LO veg - P; S; F; 1.5
HEA1 - milk
HEA2 - cheese
HEB - SW wrap
Syns - Sweet chilli sauce 1.5; butter 1.5
