Yes @bubbs, just the week.  Then we're back for just over a week and then off to Bulgaria AI for 2 weeks.  Didn't plan that too well did we?  We'd already booked this week when we decided to go to Bulgaria.  Normally we'd do a month in France but DH has a follow up appointment with the consultant for his shoulder 22 September so needed to be back by then.

Sorry haven't posted but stayed on plan yesterday and today so far. Will choose whatever I want tonight and then back on it tomorrow. 😋

Sorry, you joined me with STS @joedenise. We'd both rather join @milann with her amazing loss!! Very well done. 👏👏👏

Have a good holiday @joedenise. I like Norfolk, some good NT properties there if you enjoy that sort of thing.

Baking hot here too @bubbs but I'm coping. 😎

Good luck to you and @Jellybaby for WI tomorrow. Hope you both get what you want. 🤞

We don't have NT membership any more and we did all the ones we wanted to when we were in Norfolk a few years ago, apart from one which we couldn't get an appointment for - it was shortly after Covid when you had to have a timed visit.

Good luck with the weigh in folks.
On our way home from the Anthony Gormley statues the other day we popped into C@stc@ and bought a cooked chicken. I was quite surprised they had any as it was 40 minutes before closing but they'd just taken a batch out…Ive been snacking on that since….Ive had it in salads, with a pot of veg sauce from the freezer, with rice, broccoli, soy sauce and 5 spice. But there’s that saying that you can have too much of a good thing. It’s being chunked and froze as I speak by Dh.
We went to the garden centre earlier for our free cuppas for the month. We shared a cheese scone which was lovely. I succumbed to some pansies as my tubs were looking very sorry for themselves. So the marketing of the free coffee worked in their favour again this month 🥴 they’re not daft when they pull you in with the offer of a freebie 😂

Morning all, bet you didn't expect me to be posting!  Neither did I!

The motorhome decided to play up and now needs to go into the garage.  The engine management light came on, the windscreen wipers refused to work and so did the windows!

Bit cloudy today with some rain in the air but taken a chance and done a small machine load of washing - needed to do it as DH managed to get blood on his t-shirt when he cut his arm (a big problem with him being on blood thinners!).

Not going to be posting meals as going away on holiday day our meals are never on plan, although both breakfast and lunch are:  toasted cheese sandwich and a ham salad.

Hope everyone has a better day than I'm having!

We are car hunting at the moment & son is at work but every break sees hubby’s phone pinging With car ads! Getting hubby off his 🍑
to go view anything though!! Keep saying ‘you moan about these 4 walls so let’s go look at cars’. Still here though 🙄

Well done on your loss @TakeItEazy.👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 You're obviously finding it easier to stick to plan while you're off work. 🤞🏼you'll get back into target range by the beginning of term.

Getting back to target seems to be a recurring theme on here.🤣 At least we're determined to do it rather than let the weight pile on and undo all the good work. It's amazing how many people still try to treat SW as a diet, get to target and then go back to old ways and wonder why the weight comes back. Every group I've been to seems to have someone like that but well done them for trying again.👍🏼

I meant to say @bubbs that it was good of the consultant to check out the business of the instant mash and post the syns even if it might upset some.

Shame about the problems with the MH @joedenise, hope it's fixed PDQ.🤞🏼

We had a really lovely meal last night. I know there were syns but I thoroughly enjoyed it. One thing that wasn't synful was cucumber cannelloni, which was finely shaved slices of cucumber wrapped around crab meat.😋

The bad news is that DH wants to go to the pub for lunch tomorrow to watch the football and we've been invited out for brunch on Monday to celebrate a friend's birthday. I'll just have to navigate it as best I can, a day at a time.

    Today's plan-
B- HEB porridge, HEA milk, strawberries (S), banana (F)
    L- JP (F), tuna (P), salad (S)
D- chicken curry with rice (P,S,F)
Syns- LTL mayo 1, possibly mango chutney 2, weekend wine😁

    Another warm, sunny day here!

Hope the MH can be fixed quickly and not too costly @joedenise

Well done on the loss @TakeItEazy and good luck car shopping!

I’m joining the STS club 🤣 got to keep plodding, I don’t know what else I can change to be honest.

    Today’s food:
    B - fruit and yoghurt 1.5 syns
L - soft pitta HEXB, smoked ham, salad, pickles, salad cream 1.5 syns
D - homemade meatballs in tomato sauce, spaghetti, Parmesan HEXA

May make garlic bread to use up some syns.
