I am still at home @maman!  We were supposed to be going away in the motorhome.  I let the site know we weren't going to make it but they didn't respond so assume they aren't expecting us to pay for not being able to go (thankfully).

Well done on the loss @Suffolksue.  We all go off plan from time to time.  I'm off plan a lot of this week as we were supposed to be away but some but not all meals will be on plan.

The cheesecakes sound good @bubbs.  Recipe please!  What tin have you got for them?

We had a fry up this morning (2 syns for sausages); bacon sandwich for lunch (HEB; P; 2 for LF spread).  Dinner is off plan as we're having duck breast with boiled new potatoes and veg.

Hope the chicken crown turns out OK @bubbs.

So sorry you didn't get away @joedenise but not long before you go to Bulgaria. 😊

Duck breast isn't too bad a choice if you don't eat the skin.

I've been defrosting one of my freezers. I don't remember when my hands last felt cold. 😁

Trouble is I did eat the skin so definitely high syn - think it's 13.5 per 100g with the fat and it was about 200g so definitely more than a day's syns!

On the app, skin on Gressingham duck breasts 198g portions at 4.5 syns. It may not be as bad as you think. 😊

I really miss the tins of duck confit we used to buy in France. I think they're super expensive now but then isn't everything! 🤣

Oh Denise , that's a shame you didn't get away.

    I used
1tsp coco powder for the 2 choc ones, 0.5
    2 skinny crunch bars, hexb
Orange essence for the 2 orange ones
    Greek ff yog
3 sweeteners disolved in a splash of water.

I did the plain first just beating the yoghurt, sweeteners and cheese spread first, then when i had done that, i took some yoghurt out and beat half with orange essence, half with coco powder.

The bars i put in the micro wave for 10 secs to soften.

Divided between  the tins, then added the toppings on top.

I got the tin off temu, £2.50

Thanks for the recipe @bubbs.  May well give those a go some time.  I've copied the recipe into my folder of SW recipes.  How much cream cheese did you use as not listed?

Definitely not as bad on syns as I thought then @maman and within syns!  Far batter than expected.  If they weren't so expensive think we'd have them more often!

    Morning all,
Well done on the loss @Suffolksue

Hope the MH isn’t too costly @joedenise

Family has arrived and it’s already full on 😁 I’ve had the usual fruit and yoghurt for breakfast. We’re out for lunch and I’m thinking salad as we’re meeting up with more family for an Indian meal tonight! I just need to go with flow and be good when I can 🙈

Sun and warmth is forecast all week, 🤞it’s right!
