Right I'm back after going shopping. Wanted to go reasonably early as we're forecast heavy rain and thunderstorms. We've had a bit of rain but none of the heavy stuff.
I've decided to abandon the top I was making as the instructions just don't make any sense and things were actually churning away in my mind overnight so don't think it's worth carrying on with it. Sewing is supposed to be relaxing for me not causing me sleepless nights!
Today's plan:
B - breakfast hash - P; S; F
L - fajitas - HEB; P; S
D - sausages, mash, veg - S; F; 2
HEA - milk
HEB - SW wrap
Syns - sausages 2
Have a good day everyone.0 -
I actually lost 1 lb this morning. I hadn’t synned the Persian cooking but it wasn’t too bad…..we were eating it until yesterday 😁 A lot of it was free food or speed. Just shows the background stuff like putting speed and free food before syns must be ingrained somewhere 😃 I’ll happily take the loss.
It’s been a crazy week…especially yesterday. We have a relative with dementia which is deteriorating very quickly and have been visiting more often than usual as the next of kin is on holiday. Yesterday wasn’t a good day. The upshot was I chose to be the bad guy and smuggle some medication that hadn’t been taken but should have been back to the chemist…I know the brown stuff will hit the fan but I’m glad I did it as the chemist is contacting the GP. Not sure how much they can continue to live alone without more specialist help. I can’t let this derail me though…..I suspect it has had something to do with my snacking and not being bothered with SW of late.
I’ve dug my notebook out and will start doing a food diary again. It’s our wedding next week and I’d hoped to be close to target by then but I’m now back to the weight I was when I re started back in February…onwards and upwards….or should that be downwards 😂
I won the raffle this morning. A very heavy watermelon, sweet potato, pepper, courgette and aubergine, bag of plums and a cabbage. Not bad for £1 raffle ticket although it was hard work carrying it back on the bus 😳😂January spends - £587.580 -
Afternoon all 😁😁😁
Just bopping in quickly, thanks for all the well wishes 😘😘😘
Appointment was 11/40 but they were running late, there was a notice up, but when the consultant came he said he got caught in surgery.
GOOD NEWS 🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳 There was a lot of cancer but it was contained and not broken out, PSA is now undetectable but because it was aggressive it COULD come back, hopefully not 🙏🙏so he is on 3 monthly bloods to catch any change quickly .
