Afternoon all .
Maddie fingers crossed for your DH 🤞
Hospital went ok, Thursday is the most important one 🤞 was eventful, got told off my dragon receptionist for sitting in the wrong place 🙄🤣 hope we don't see her Thursday, DH really does not like her, then i saw a customer, so sat chatting with her, her DH had prostate cancer couple of years ago but now has a problem with water works 😢 came back out and saw another friend whose DH has bladder cancer , he was there for his last chemo, so fingers crossed for him as he really is not coping, they couldn't believe how well DH looked.
it's cloudy here today but warm.
Food
Pitta hexb, with 1/2 hexa cheese spread, ham and beetroot, seafood sticks and melon
Dh is having pie for tea, i had some lamb in the freezer that i froze off a half leg, so having that in gravy with carrots and onions, cauli and cabbage, might have some potato. I used stock pots and 2tsp granulesSealed pot challenge number 003 £350 for 2015, 2016 £400 Actual£345, £400 for 2017 Actual £500:T:T £770 for 2018 £1295 for 2019:j:j spc number 22 £1,457Stopped Smoking 22/01/15:D:D::dance::dance:- 5 st 1 1/2lb :dance:0 -

Morning all, it's a cloudy one today and there was rain in the air when I went outside. It's still warm though.
DH had a telephone physio call this morning and will be having a video one next week a couple of days after he's seen the nurse for a wound check. His wounds are looking really good, only one still has a stitch showing so that will probably be gone by next week (they're dissolvable ones).
I managed to trace my pattern and pin it to the fabric yesterday afternoon so hoping to cut it out and start sewing today. Am going to need to overlock all the pieces before sewing them as the fabric seems to be fraying so easier to do it first and then take smaller seam allowance. Not sure how well it'll turn out as the fabric is very slippy so hoping it doesn't stretch as I sew but hopefully overlocking will help with that too.
Today's plan:
B - scrambled egg & spinach, toast - HEB; P; S
L - carrot and lentil soup (from freezer) - P; S; F
D - HM faggots (from freezer), potatoes and veg - P; S; F; 1.5 (potatoes are from the garden)
HEA - milk
HEB - bread
Syns - Ryvita (in the faggots) 1.5
Have a good day everyone.

We're having beef from the freezer tonight @bubbs and I'm sure we'll enjoy it if it's anything like your dinner yesterday.😋
Will be thinking of you both tomorrow and the dragon receptionist. What a person to have in a department where people are anxious.😡
I didn't realise you put Ryvita in your HM faggots @joedenise. I use made up plain couscous in my meatballs which makes them syn free. Perhaps it depends how much you break up the Ryvita whether couscous would be OK for faggots?🤔
Hope the sewing goes well and the fabric behaves itself.🤞🏼
STS at WI last night. I suppose I was disappointed as I know I've been on plan all week. I know it can happen but it doesn't make it any easier. All I can think of is to have a few less syns although I know I didn't go over last week. I made a start after dinner last night and ate some diced mango instead of chocolate. That saved ONE syn!😁🤣
Today's plan-
B- HEB toast, HEA milk, bacon, eggs (P), baked beans (F)
L- ham (P), LO veg and pickles (S(, 1 potato (F), more mango (S)
D- LO beef (P), potatoes (F), cauli, broccoli, carrots (S)
Syns- LO gravy 4
I'm keeping a food diary so allowing 4 for gravy although it's not a large amount.0 -
Hadn't thought of using couscous @maman instead of the Ryvita. May try that next time if I remember!
The fabric is absolutely awful to sew, I'm not sure I'm going to finish the top with it - the instructions aren't very clear either. I'll carry on for now and see how it goes but if I finish it I'm not sure I'll wear it anyway but we'll see. It might look better than I think it will!
Disappointing to have had an STS last night but you'll probably have a decent loss next week to make up for it, assume you need to go next week as you're out of target? I always used to find I had a decent loss when I did a food diary, no idea why as I wasn't doing anything different, at least I don't think I was.

Late check in. I’ve had a mentally draining couple of days. I’m running two homes and need more hours in the day 🙈
Hope all goes well tomorrow @bubbs will be thinking about you (possibly bashing the dragon lady 🤣).
You’ll have a decent loss next week @maman you know the plan inside out.Despite the stress I’m pleased food has been good and no sabotage - so far!0
