Afternoon all 😁
Thundering like hell here now, but the sun's out 🤣 we have had some heavy rain this morning.
Maman you made me laugh 🤣🤣
I popped tesco this morning as decided we were having a roast as cooler and needed veg, OMG was heaving, queuing to get in the car park to the centre and tesco itself . Won't do that again.
Ibblackberry, yes we are all on the same journey, i couldn't calorie count though have to much food on my plate 🤣 also i am here to keep me at target which i have been since 2017 and a few others are long term target members too 😁but i know if i didn't go to group every week it will creep back on.

It definitely looks lush @bubbs. At last it's cool enough for you to have a roast! 😋
We didn't have Yorkshires but our quick beef dinner worked out well and was quick when we got home.
Although I took my waterproof jacket in my bag and DH took his umbrella, it was a sunny and dry afternoon so neither were needed. 🤣
I've decided to go to WI on Tuesday evening. Expecting to be way over target range especially as it's evening but it'll suit me to go to my old consultant until regular dance classes start again in September. Hopefully I'll be back in range by then. 🤞0 -
Well warmed up this afternoon and was sweating eating it 🤣🤣

Morning all, the rain is coming down with a vengeance this morning - and for quite a few hours overnight! At least the garden won't need watering again today as it's plenty wet enough. My butternut squashes are really loving the rain as they are swelling daily - one of them is as big as you can buy in the shops but of course not ripe yet! There are now 6 or 7 good sized ones on the plant so shouldn't need to buy any this winter!
Have got a goat curry into the slow cooker so that will be tomorrow night's dinner sorted and will just need reheating, could have done it tomorrow before we leave for the hospital but thought it better to get it done today and then reheat tomorrow. Curry always seems to taste better when it's reheated. Used up all my curry powder so will need to make some more later today.
Planning on making some overnight oats to take with me to the hospital tomorrow as definitely won't be wanting to eat as soon as I get up as need to be up about 5am!
Good luck for WI tomorrow @maman. It probably won't be as bad as you think as you've had a bit of time to stick to plan since you got back from holiday.
Today's plan:
B - weetabix, milk - HEB; HEA2
L - burrito bowl - P; S; F
D - cold pork, new potatoes, veg - P; S; F
HEA1 & 2 - milk
HEB - weetabix
Syns - none planned

Morning, hope all goes well tomorrow @joedenise
We didn’t have as much rain as forecast yesterday but it’s making up for it today - and it’s still early! My mission today is to find another tradesperson to come and unblock this blasted pipe. Even although the inspection hatch bit is open to allow water to escape, it isn’t building up or flooding too badly so fingers crossed it can be fixed easily. Famous last words I know.
Food today:
B - sweet omelette, banana, strawberries, yoghurt 1.5
L - ham salad sandwich HEXB, fruit salad
D - chicken traybake dish from SW app

Did actually use some syns at lunchtime as had forgotten I'd got some avocado so had 50g of that for 3.5 syns (I think that's what it is!).
Thanks for the good wishes for tomorrow for DH @Jellybaby.0 -
@joedenise app says 25g is 2.5 syns but not a huge amount more than you thought 😁
In other news my pipe is unblocked! it’s all rock n roll here 🤣🤣0 -

Glad you got the downpipe unblocked @Jellybaby, particularly as you're having so much rain. Although it clouded over a bit earlier, we've had virtually nothing here. It's been a mild, sunny day.
Hope it all goes well tomorrow @joedenise. Is it day surgery?🤔
You're right @bubbs that I will know where I stand after WI tomorrow. Although I've been back on plan for the best part of two weeks @joedenise, I don't feel as if I've lost any of the holiday gain. I have a dental appointment in the morning and expecting to have a tooth out. At least I'll lose something! 🤣
Today's plan-
B- HEB toast, fry up (P,S), HEA milk for drinks
L- ham (P), LO veg and pickles (F,S)
D- salmon (P), SW chips (F), runner beans, tomatoes and mushrooms (S)
Syns-0 planned0
