@Coxy11 - I don't have the right licence to drive the motorhome - it needs a C1 and I only have an ordinary B licence, automatic only at that!  Also don't fancy driving anything that big!

Hope your 1:1 on Monday goes well and something can be sorted, it really doesn't seem like you're enjoying the job.

Forgot to say I weighed this morning and have managed to lose nearly 2lb so just over 0.5lb to lose to get back to where I was before my holiday!  Having said that I was over target then so really I'd like to lose at least 4lb so I'm back in target range but haven't managed that in about 18 months!

@joedenise great weight loss, I hope that you get the MH back today, I did have a C!, but didn't ever drive the van away from the site, I was just gearing up to driving on A roads/dual carriage ways when we decided to sell it and get a caravan for ease of sightseeing.
@Coxy11 I hope that the proposed meeting will resolve some matters in your favour.
@maman and @Jellybaby Curry recipes sound good, it is time I had a batch cook for the freezer.

Yesterday was very tiring 2/3 weeks to wait for results. Nice thing was spending time with best friend and her OH who live 5 minutes from the hospital D dropped OH just outside and after a phone call collected him from same place and usual hospital parking mayhem.

Both of us so weary today and have been really off plan, resolve to get into gear first thing tomorrow morning and through until WI.

I had eyebrows and lashes tinted this morning and have booked in for a facial on Thursday, I have been neglecting myself and time to draw a line for my self esteem.

Pleased to say we got the motorhome back, quite expensive though as needed a couple of things done to get it through the MOT;  Also paid the insurance on it today so now down by just over £1K for both of those things!  But at least it's road ready for the next few months.  Tax not due until April!

Well done on looking after yourself, we all need to do that and often neglect us and always thinking about others first.

Enjoy your facial on Thursday @maddiemay.

Well done n your loss @joedenise!👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 That was quick work after  your holiday gain!👍🏼

Ouch to the expense of the MH but, if you think about hotel prices per night, you'll soon recoup your investment.

Pleased that the scan is out of the way @maddiemay but that's a long time to wait for results.☹️ Well done for pampering yourself, you deserve it! And good luck with staying on plan for the next few days.

Could the tummy issues be aggravated by work related stress @Coxy11?🤔 Hope the 1:1 helps sort things out. We're starting some decorating on Monday, the sitting room and dining room need to be freshened up to match the new kitchen.🤣 I've washed all the covers and cushions from the sofas today so that everything will be clean afterwards.

🤞🏼your website is sorted out now @bubbs. I don't envy you working in this heat. We're due heavy rain during the night so hopefully it will clear the air.

We had a lovely meal last night. Prawn cocktail starter was very generous, loads of prawns and little sauce. I had sea bream with Mediterranean roast veg for my main and that was delicious. So very few syns except for the wine!😁

I've done my meal plan and shop today.

    Today's plan-
B- HEB toast, scrambled eggs (P), tomatoes (S), HEA milk
    L- JP (F), cottage cheese (P), salad (S)
D- sausages, SW chips, baked beans (F), baked onions and mushrooms (S)
Syns- BGTY sausages 2, weekend wine😋

Well done on the loss @joedenise and good that you got the van back. That’s a small price to pay for being able to go away whenever you like and have home from home comforts 😊

Glad yesterday went well @maddiemay xx

Annoying about your selling page @bubbs. You always sound so busy but I bet it’s lovely working for yourself and doing as much or as little as you like. I too can’t believe it’s 2 years since your DDad passed 😢

Thats the trouble with having a new anything @maman - everywhere else starts to look shabby! We had BIL fit new skirting and architrave today in DS2’s room today - DH could do it but would have taken another week of faffing around.

Yes tummy issues could be stress-related I guess. I don’t mind the role, just wish we could get the basics right. Phoning the same patient three times in one morning to book an appt is just shoddy. Keep thinking that could’ve been my nephew when he was struggling.

BFF and her DH coming tomorrow for a Fleetwood Mac tribute. Hoping it’s not too naff!!
    Have a good evening all.

Morning all, can't believe the amount of rain last night - couldn't sleep because it was loud plus the thunder although didn't see any lightening.  At least I didn't need to water the garden and the water butts are filled up again!

That's not good @Coxy11 I'm sure people would be annoyed to be called 3 times in a morning, I know I would be!  Do hope you can get something out of the 1:1 on Monday.  How difficult is it to make a note of who has been spoken to so that they don't get rung again - like you say get the basics right!

DH said shall we go away this weekend (it'll be the last weekend we can get away for a few weeks!)!  I just said have you seen the forecast?  So of course we are just at home.

Hope you got your selling page sorted out and all your new listings done @bubbs.  Lovely pud last night - love an oyster - not had one of those for years.

    Today's plan:

    B - fry up with bacon - P; S; F
    L - eggs on toast - HEB; P
    D - keema curry, rice, mango chutney - P; S; F; 3

    HEA - milk
    HEB - bread
    Syns - mango chutney 3

    Have a good day everyone.
