Morning all, been AWOL due to family stuff. Still to read back and catch up but hope you are all doing well.

We have weather warnings out for the next three days so don’t think I’ll be going far! Got to group this morning and one off. A bit peeved as I thought I’d at least lose last week’s gain but hey ho plodding will continue 😁

So far I’ve had fruit and yoghurt for breakfast, going to try a pizza toastie in the airfryer for lunch and dinner is good old spag bol with Parmesan. 1.5 syns for yoghurt and plenty left if I fancy anything else.

    Afternoon all .

Well done Jelly, Sue but a STS is better than a gain, my friend at group has been chasing a new stone bracket for weeks and she did it today 👏👏 so will be your turn next week 😁🤞

I lost half so out the bottom of target again 🙄 I actually won the raffle, first for everything 🤣🤣🤣 but SOTW had gone so i had the choice and i had the basket instead as there was some orzo in the raffle (it was a recipe) and i don't eat that.

Listing done last night but starts again now, i list most days.

It's lashed it down this morning but not thunder and lightening like they forecast, not yet anyway!

I have had pitta with ham and beetroot and having pitta pizza for tea so need to syn one.

I was sure oysters used to be 5.5 but app says 4 🤷‍♀️

    Afternoon all 🤗
Been a hectic few weeks what with our 40th wedding anniversary &  the Y6 residential. Hubby made a delicious cheesecake when I got back from trip. Was for our anniversary but no room in the fridge so made it for when I got back. Then he made himself another cheesecake instead of Birthday cake. Enjoyed it all though. Food on trip not great, the gf biscuits nearly broke my teeth so gave up on them! The best meal was a jacket spud alternative to pizza as couldn’t face any more gf stuff 😵‍💫!

So after it all caught up last week, WI today with 2lb loss. Still out of top end though.

2 more days including end of term get together then 6 weeks off to get some ME time ( in between hubby medical stuff). So 🥱🥱🥱🥱🫩🥱🫩🥱
Its not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T

Belated congratulations on your Ruby Anniversary @TakeItEazy and your 2lbs loss. Enjoy your summer break when it comes.😎

I know you aren't happy with 'just' a pound or STS @Jellybaby and @Suffolksue but SW can be so unpredictable. As you've stuck to plan then you will get a loss but maybe not as quickly as you'd like it. 😁 Don't be disheartened, keep plodding and you'll see results.

I know you didn't want to slip out of range @bubbs but it's better than stubbornly not being able to lose. Treat yourself to something you like this week. It seems a while since you had any Percy Pigs?🤔

Not even sure what an oyster is other than the seafood sort?? 🤔

Have a good evening with your BFF @Coxy11. Hopefully it will get rid of some of the stress.🤗

We're having exactly the same dinner as you tonight @joedenise. I want to use up some of the keema from the freezer before trying the chicken curry recipes.

We seemed to be right on the fringes of the weather warnings last night. We had a little light rain in the early hours but none of the stormy stuff that was forecast. It's bright and sunny now and sitting room curtains are on the line and one pair almost dry.

    Today's plan-
B- HEB porridge, strawberries (S), banana (F), HEA milk
    L- Spanish omelette (P,S,F), beetroot (S)
D- keema curry and rice (P,S,F)
Syns- mango chutney 3, weekend wine😊

I am so envious of those who have had rain, none here for weeks, garden looks awful, not just the lawns they will revive eventually, but many herbaceous plants, clematis etc. probably will not, just been too much to water.  Farmland and fruit/vegetable production suffering badly also.
@Suffolksue it is hard to stay positive in the face of a STS or gain sometimes
@bubbs sorry about the lost half, your pudding looked lush though.
@TakeItEazy belated happy anniversary, lovely of your OH to make the cheesecakes, do you loan him out - asking for a friend.
@joedenise and @maman it was almost 3 out of 3 for Keema, but OH chose a turkey and mushroom bake using some shelf stable Gnocchi from stores, need to shift my body and get on with it.

Most annoyed with the App again, it regularly asks me to log in again and then chooses not to recognise my password, cue much crossness and occasional bad words (I do have it noted so not a stab in the dark.

@maman - an oyster is the shell of the ice cream that @bubbs had for her dessert last night - it's just the shape of the wafer/cone.  It was what I used to choose whenever I had an ice cream from the ice cream van and that's going back many years!

Well done, but that's a very quick weigh loss in a short amount of time, could you live that life for the rest of your life?
