    Welcome back Joe Denise.
I think the gains are great after the holiday and celebrations you folks have had.
I maintained on Wednesday and was quite pleased as I really expected a gain. I started at the gym on Thursday with a scheme run by the local NHS. I quite enjoyed myself and did intend to go again over the weekend but there’s no way I can do it in this heat. I intend to go swimming on Monday….my only concern is it’s ladder steps to get in the pool and my last gym had proper steps. Not sure I’ll be able to haul myself back up afterwards…..I might had to have a very long swim 😳😂😂
We decided we needed a sea breeze to get out of the heat yesterday so headed to a quiet un-resorts place an hour and half away. We clocked up 5 miles over the day. I’d good intentions of a salad but there was only 1 cafe open - every where seems to shut at 4 pm….and they only had hotdogs left 🥴 I was so hungry by this stage I had it…..I don’t even like hot dogs. We did stop for a carvery on our way home. So hopefully I’ll get away with it.
I'm struggling atm focussing on SW. I’m having lots of salad but polishing off bread and butter too.
Bubbs, hope waiting for the test results passes quickly for you….there’s nothing worse than waiting.

Naaa Maman didn't want a gain 😂i thought 50p that's a bargain for SOTW basket and something different, sometimes i take a little plastic tub or juice bottle.

I was starving a lunch time, had a massive picky plate, then i had a banana about 4

Pitta pizza, hexb and 1.5 hexa , bns chips and salad

Fruit and ice cream, choc sauce 2.5

-1/2 lb clothed at group so am pleased .I find it difficult to eat much in this weather which means I wake in the night starving ,occasionally succumb to tea and toast at 3am ,I have resisted buying marmalade so it has marmite and no butter ,but not a good routine to get into .
    amazed I don’t look like a salad !
Bubbs your food always looks amazing ,
why does weight go on so quickly ,but come off so slowly ?

    Thanks Sue.

True easier to go on than off 🙄 Well done on you loss, i'd either be a picky plate or a salad 🤣🤣

If i ate in the night there would be no fear of going back to sleep as i would be coughing, i can't eat any later than about 8

Morning all, not so bright this morning.  Not going to strip the bed in the motorhome this morning as DH wants to go to one of the DIY stores so the bedding can wait another day - there's no hurry we aren't going away for a while.  Our next booked holiday isn't until mid August but before that DH has his shoulder operation and won't be able to drive for a couple of weeks after which will take us to less than a week before we're due to go away again!

I'm like you @bubbs I can't eat late at night; I try not to eat after about 7.30pm.  My hay fever is horrendous at the moment and I can't stop sneezing - it's driving me made!

    Today's plan:

    B - fry up - P; S; F; 2
    L - burger, onions, HM roll, gherkin slices - HEB; S; 0.5
    D - roast chicken dinner - P; S; F

    HEA - milk
    HEB - WM roll
    Syns - sausages 2; burger 0.5

Going to roast a tray of peppers whilst I've got the oven on later.  Will probably freeze most of them to add to couscous and/or noodles.

    Have a good day everyone.

It's another glorious day here, 26 degrees and wall to wall sunshine. It's set to get a little bit cooler this week and even some rain forecast for Tuesday? 🤔

Having done the bedding yesterday, I did a dark wash today and that's probably been dry for hours! I'm going to try and work through various curtains and cushion covers this week @joedenise to take advantage of the weather.

I went to the Company Shop this morning @bubbs. I haven't been for ages and I though things were generally more expensive than they used to be. I did get some Ocado mature cheddar, Sainsbury's bacon, Waitrose chicken thighs (£2 per kilo) and packs of Warburtons wholemeal rolls at 40p plus some bits for the food bank. I'm enjoying going anywhere with air con at the moment!🤣

    Today's plan-
B- Fry up (P,F, HEB toast), HEA milk for drinks
L- ham (P), stir fried veg and beetroot (S), raspberries (S)
    D- chicken casserole (P,F,S)
    Syns- cornflour 1, weekend wine😁

    Afternoon all 😁

Bloody hot here too! It did come over like it was going to rain, so i didn't put 2nd load of washing out left in the machine for tomorrow.
I did bedding too and bath mats.

Oh glad you got a few bargain Maman 👏👏

Dunno how you 2 can have casserole/roast today. My oven has only been on for pizza tea on a Saturday last 2 weeks 🤣

I am cooking half a chicken in the airfryer, we are having with salad and chips.

I had a picky plate for lunch 😁

Caravan and KS bedding finishing on the line now, some house cleaning done (necessary even in the heat as neighbour coming in to let dog out while we are at long distance hospital visit), salad tea once again, although we did have steamed veg and Ninja'd sausage yesterday.   1/2 Syn chicken ones for me. Not sticking at plan many days, (since peri-menopause I I have dealt badly with heat and high humidity.
HM packed lunch to be done for tomorrow as we co not know the area we have to go to..
Sitting melting while watching Wimbledon men's final.

It’s warm here but cloudy with thunder and heavy rain forecast tomorrow and most of the week 🙄

DS has just gone out so can please myself for dinner and think it’ll be a salad 😁 I’ve only had a huge bowl of fruit and yoghurt before going out this morning but not really hungry. Managed to pick up a few boxes of raspberries in M&S reduced from £3 to 75p. Not quite in your league @bubbs 🤣
