Warm, very warm here. Was at hospital today for a small procedure which I had been dreading. Hopefully it will have worked. About 75% success rate & about two weeks to see if it has worked. Now to try to get my eating reigned in!

You sound positive @beanielou about the procedure and reining in the eating. 🤞

Hope you have a successful trip with your friend @bubbs. You usually do. 😁

Pleasantly cool now but hot all day so only been doing essentials.

Stayed on plan all day. I'll weigh at the surgery soon to give me some idea how I'm doing since getting back to 'normal'. 🤔

    Today's plan -
B- HEB porridge, HEA 1 milk, blueberries (S), banana (F)
    L- JP (F), prawns (P), salad (S)
D- meatballs and spaghetti in tomato sauce (P, S, F), HEA 2 Parmesan
    Syns - LTL mayo 1

@beanielou I do hope that the procedure works for you.
@bubbs lovely food as usual, hopefully you will get a good haul tomorrow.
pleased you had a goof holiday @maman, a WI at your GP's will you a good idea what you have to do.
@milann me too falling foul of the gremlins

Sunday out all day - bad eating, long day too tired to make good choices. Monday out all day then glued to Wimbledon.
WI today lost 1.5 lbs, now right at top of range, family christening at weekend with a pub buffet, Monday a hot, long and stressful day expected visiting specialist hospital for allocation and training with new inectables, almost certainly will be a car picnic from SM, temp forecast to be really silly.

I does not seem to be going cool here yet! I hope everyone can sleep O.K.

Well done on your loss @maddiemay. Delighted for you. 👏👏👏

I prefer to check my weight at the GP. I think if I weighed at home I'd get obsessed. 🤣

🤞for the results you want from DH's blood tests @bubbs. 🤗

It's cool in the garden, maybe I should sleep here!! 🤔😴

At last! What a palaver getting into the site then posting 😳

Well done on the loss @maddiemay and hope everything works out @beanielou and @bubbs

Sorry if I’ve missed anything, I’ve still to read back but hope you are all doing well.

It’s definitely warmer here but nowhere near what you guys are having. This is Scotland and in the blink of an eye it will be gone again so enjoying it whilst it’s here.

Food could be better! DS2 had a ‘big’ birthday so we’ve been enjoying several family meals out and a couple of surprise events so SW has taken a back seat. Pretty certain it will be a gain this week but I’ll draw the line (it must be several miles long now🤣🤣) and no regrets as I’ve enjoyed every minute.

its too warm to cook so food today is fruit, yoghurt, various types of salads and more salads.

    Well I don’t know
    yesterday
I went on a day trip to Maidstone for a 3 hr river cruise on the Medway and it included a small fish and chip lunch ,also had an ice cream amd fruit .the coach was 21/2 hrs each way so not much exercise
was shattered when I got home and had two slices of toast and marmite ( no butter )
got on the scales to see the damage this morning and have lost 11/2 lbs !
