Congratulations to our Diamond of the Year!! Well done @bubbs, richly deserved.
And well done on your losses @bubbs, @maddiemay and @Jellybaby.๐๐ผ๐๐ผ๐๐ผ
Sorry to hear about the falls @beanielou but good to see you posting and do take care of yourself.๐ค
You've been having some delicious vegetables from the Community Garden @Coxy11, made my mouth water reading last night's selection.๐
Much though I enjoyed my holiday, it's been a good feeling to start eating home cooked meals again and back on SW friendly food. I really miss piling my plate with veg.
I've prepped tonight's dinner and made up the mixture for meatballs this afternoon. I've put a couple of hot dog sausages in the jambalaya as DH loves them and they're less synful than the frankfurters I usually use. I'll cook the meatballs later or tomorrow when the oven's on. Regardless of the weather tomorrow, we're having a roast as I haven't had one for the best part of a month!
Today's plan-
B- HEB toast, eggs, bacon (P), baked beans (F), HEA milk for drinks
L- JP(F), cottage cheese (P), salad (S)
D- chicken jambalaya (P,S,F)
Syns- sausage 1, weekend wine๐0 -
Thanks everyone ๐ฅฐ๐ฅฐ
Well done Jelly.
Maman i said shall we have a roast tomorrow as so much cooler , well i got some beef out, if we don't we could have hot beef roll, or i will slice and put in gravy and re freeze ๐
Lunch 2 syns for crackerbread, pate that was left from taster. 2 syns
Tea pitta pizza , hexb, 1.5 hexa, bns chips, salad, bit of apple coleslaw left from taster, it was 2.5 syns for a big tub so i will count 0.5 although negligible.

Well done to our losers @maddiemay, @Jellybaby and @bubbs. Great that you were also crowned diamond member @bubbs really well done xx
Sorry about the bumps and bruises @beanielou xx
I did park run this morning. Weather was just right - warm with a little breeze. Still need to walk every now and again but getting there.ยCommunity allotment had an open day today as part of NGS scheme. We had to say when we could help. I thought Iโd said 3-530pm but had mistakenly said all day from 10am! Only realised when I read the rota whilst sitting in the car before park runย and saw I was running the cake stall - only problem was I was going to need a shower. Got there for 10.30am having eaten a banana. Had an apple whilst there then got home and said letโs get a Chinese takeout as too pooped to cook and besides I was meant to food shop today so had nothing in.ยWe were all so full DD suggested a walk through the orchards after which was lovely. We also litter picked along the lane. Morning all,
I had a fab night out celebrating DSโs birthday. Food was lovely and I donโt think too synful ๐ I had prawns to start and seabass for mains and they both were in sauces. I was too stuffed for pudding. I was driving so no alcohol either ๐
Once home I did have a small piece of birthday cake - Colin the Caterpillar is still the favourite ๐คฃ๐คฃ
Iโm taking my aunt shopping this morning (donโt ask๐) which will probably involve a coffee stop then back home to do nothing but read my book all afternoon. Iโve had fruit and yoghurt for breakfast, thereโs some soup in the freezer if Iโm hungry later and dinner is chilli with rice also from the freezer.
Have a lovely Sunday everyone.0 -

Glad you had a good night celebrating @Jellybaby x
I went food shopping this morning then we put up our new house sign and went to the GC for some plants. Iโd put two loads of washing out and it rained whilst we were out - typical! Got quite sunny again so we planted everything and then thunder and now stair rod rain. Iโm not complaining!!
Food today:
B - banana
L - picky plate - 1, HEA
D - roast gammon, courgettes, tender stem broccoli, leeks, roasties - couple of syns for olive oil
HEA - milk
HEB - skinny oaty
Syns - twirl 5.5, plus another 5??? Still well under for today.ยWI tomorrow eeek ๐จยCross-stitch WIP: Fiver Friday challenge 2025 founding member ๐ Read 25 books in 2025 11/25 Currently reading The Cliff House by Amanda Jennings0 -
I know what you mean about finding time to post @maddiemay. I was just about to do that yesterday when DD1 turned up and then the rest of the day ran away with me.
I had my roast ๐and stayed on plan in my usual weekend fashion. Today's my first day properly back on it. I need to check how long I have to try to see off my holiday excesses. I don't feel enormous but know I've gained.ย
Today's plan-
B- HEB toast, HEA milk for drinks, scrambled eggs (P), tomatoes (S)
L- ham (P), LO veg and pickles (F,S)
D- keema curry and rice (P,F,S)
Syns- mango chutney 2?0 -
Where is everyone? ๐ค๐คฃ
We ate the last of the keema curry last night so I've got more in the SC today. I can always tell when the HM ready meals are getting low as the plastic boxes start mounting up in the cupboard.ย
I asked DH what he'd missed with us eating out for 3 weeks and he asked for tonight's comfort food so we're looking forward to it. ๐
Today's plan-
B HEB toast, fried eggs (P), mushrooms and tomatoes (S), HEA milk for drinksย
L- LOs as yesterdayย
D- sausages, SW chips, baked beans (F), onions and mushrooms (S)ย
Syns - BGTY sausages 2

Well done Bubbs and welcome home Mamam
I've tried to post but the MSE gremlins wouldnโt let me.
We've been to dds for a few days and although she doesnโt follow SW (sheโs like a beanpoleโฆ.doesnโt take after me at all ) she does cook everything from scratch and other than a little olive oil I think most things were sw friendly. However Iโve been nibbling for England since we arrived home. Not sure what has possessed me. Iโve been walking most days and have a gym induction via a GP referral scheme on Thursday.
Not sure whether Iโll weigh in tomorrow or Thursday as Iโve got a dentist appointment in the morning and the gym appointment on Thursdayโฆ.I should be able to nip in, get weighed and get to the appointmentsโฆ.i think tomorrow might be my best chance.ย
Iโve got a few weeks at home now without any motorhome trips so Iโm hopeful to get into a routine again. I feel Iโve wasted my 12 week countdown so farโฆ.time to make it up and start afresh ๐January spends - ยฃ587.580
