Maman, even more mental she offered to pay and they said no 🤷‍♂️😂 when i rang it went to answer phone, i though god hope she has not gone out today in this heat! No she went to the freezer in the garage and while she was outside got her washing in, so she didn't have to go down the steps twice, least she thinks logically 👏👏

If you weighed just after eating as well , i would not think that was a true WI, you will soon get it off

Thanks for the support @bubbs and @joedenise. I'll do a @beanielou and keep plodding and I'm sure it'll come off eventually. As it's summer break from my dance class, I can weigh with my old consultant who does Tuesday evenings now at a new venue. I know I'll end up paying and I'd rather support her.

Beanie, i know, one bloody rail !! 🙄 when she already has gripper rail things fixed either side on the wall (not sure what you call them)then they said what about the front? the front does only have one step, but you step into a sort of porch and there is another step that goes directly into the living room, she said no i am fine, so the woman said what about when the postman comes? Mum said i open the living room door and stand there and use my grabber, o ok she goes as long as you can manage

Morning all, it's another bright sunny morning.  The final load of clothes have been washed and are on the line.  Currently have one set of bedding in the machine which will go out once it's finished.  There's still the bedding on the bed in the motorhome but I'm going to leave that until tomorrow.

That's ridiculous @bubbs about only one rail when two are needed.  What is wrong with them?  Can't believe it needs to be resubmitted for another grant!

I'm taking my friend and her dogs into town this morning as the dogs are going to the groomers.  I'll grab a few things which are on my list from Boots/Savers/Superdrug plus a couple of bits from Tesco.  We'll probably also pop into Spoons for a cuppa or 2!  Not sure whether the dogs will be ready when I need to come home about 12.30 but if not then she'll get the bus home.  Their appointment is for 11am so I'd have that 1.5 hours would be enough but apparently the time time she took them it was over 2.5 hours as they'd booked too many dogs in!

    Anyway today's plan:

    B - bacon sandwich - HEB; P; 3
    L - cheese salad - HEA2; S; F
    D - lamb tagine (from freezer), couscous - P; S; F

    HEA1 - milk
    HEA2 - cheese
    HEB - bread
    Syns - LF spread 3

    Have a good day everyone.

    Morning all 😁

Denise even more crazy she offered to pay and no 😂 well save your money Mum.

Maintained  this week, so that's ok as right on the cusp anyway of falling out of target again .

I need to put some washing in, no fear of it not drying 😂 Just having a cuppa first

    Well done on maintaining @bubbs

I had a whopper of a gain - 2.5 🙈 After the celebrations last week I thought possibly one to 1.5 but couldn’t get rings on this morning so hoping it’s fluid. Not using that as an excuse and going for it this week just in case it’s not 🤣

So chicken salad for lunch with fruit salad if I want to nibble and meatballs and spaghetti for dinner. I bought some ice lollies ranging from 2-4 syns so will probably have one later when I sit out reading my book.

    Thanks Jelly,

I wouldn't say 2.5 is a whopper, yes if you couldn't get rings on i guess most is fluid with the weather. I never take my rings off unless i have an op. My sister takes all her jewellery off at night too.

Good luck for the coming week.

I bought some mocktail ice pops for SOTW basket from ffoods, 2 for £1, 1 syn each i put a great big sticker on them 1 syn each 😂😂😂

Well done on your STS @bubbs, although you'd probably preferred a gain! 😁 Great idea to take ice pops for the SoW basket. 👍

At least it's better than my 6.5 lbs gain @Jellybaby but at least we both know where it came from. Hope you enjoyed the meatballs. 😋

Congratulations on clearing the washing mountain @joedenise. It's so much easier knowing everything will line dry so quickly. I did the bedding today and washed all the pillows covers as I knew they'd be ready to put back on.

Stayed on my usual weekend plan today. Not done much else other than change the bed and have coffee with DD1. It's too hot! 🥵

    Today's plan -
B- HEB porridge, HEA milk, strawberries (S), banana (F)
    L- LO ham hash and pickles (P, F, S)
    D- salmon (P), SW chips (F), veg (S)
    Syns - weekend wine😁
