    Evening all 😁

Welcome back Maman , thought you was due back, the most important things are the memories and  you enjoyed the food, you will be back on it Monday 😁

Coxy i didn't have a picky plate today as we went MK and after nearly getting wiped out 3 times 😱 and stuck in a traffic jam because the dual was shut, it has caused chaos been shut since 6.30 this morning and still shut as they need to resurface , lorry tipped over on the roundabout , no one was injured thankfully.

This STUPID STUPID woman, i was coming down the hill, she pulls out right in front of me and then is driving on the WRONG side of the rd, heading towards a learner driver!! Horns were going mad. Then i was following her, she was all over the place, she then STOPS on a roundabout , i am banging my horn like a demented woman 😂 i have used the horn more today than in my 17 yrs of driving! So then she pulls up at the traffic lights , she's going right , i am going left, but to the side of me is a parked car, she was a bit over the line, bloke behind me is getting irate because i was squeezing through, but i had seen her driving, anyway i did go through, she is on the !!!!!! phone 😡😡😡
This d!ck then behind me is driving right up my backside, going from one lane to another because he was angry at me 😂 at this point another d!ck comes round the corner and and nearly goes into the side of me, so i made sure i went about 28 round the one way (it's 30) he hated then as he was level with me gave DH a load of abuse 🙄then we hit the traffic jam 🤣 was glad to get home.

Anyway by the time we got home is was about half 2 so i had a mixture of fruit otherwise wouldn't have eaten my tea , which incidentally was banging 😘😘

     Tea
Bbq chicken using jd seasoning, just butterflied a breast, put seasoning on , sprayed with frylight and chuckedin air fryer. Hexb, salad and beans , syn free

These SW wraps are lovely and better when filled as they are bigger than ww ones

Wow @bubbs - sounds like all the eejits were out yesterday.

An office day today. No leftovers now we are a family of 4 again, so I grabbed a Greggs sweet potato bhaji rice pot. Is anyone able to syn it for me please?

Having a banana and blueberries for breakfast and have an apple and a skinny oaty for later. Dinner is salmon en croute from Aldi which will be syns. We are having new potatoes and allotment veg with it. I might scrape the pastry off as bound to upset my tummy - we will see!

    Have a good day all.

Welcome back @maman sounds like you had an amazing time!

That chicken looks absolutely delicious @bubbs

@coxy11 3.5 syns for 230g. Loving your allotment escapades and hauls 😉

well the only good thing about all the rain we’ve had is I’ve discovered I have a badly leaking down pipe!
It’s cast iron so hoping it can be fixed easily and it’s not blocked. Always something!

Out for a few soggy laps of the park (yes, it’s still raining) then a fry up for brunch with toast HEXB and dinner is spaghetti bolognaise with Parmesan. No cones left 🤣

    Have a good day everyone.

You definitely need to come house hunting down here @Jellybaby.😊 It's another glorious day. Some light rain is forecast for tomorrow but we'll see what happens. I put the last of the holiday washing out this morning and it was dry in about an hour. Fortunately we have a WM in our apartment so there wasn't that much to be done.

I think you should definitely try to eat minimum pastry from the salmon @Coxy11 as it will save you an upset tummy but also save syns. There are 16.5 syns in one of the salmon en croute and we know most of that will be in the pastry.

Seems the mad idiots were out in force yesterday @bubbs, perhaps they were imagining they were at Silverstone! I expect it will be madly busy round your way this weekend. Friends of mine wanted to visit Althorp but hotels were crazy prices so they reorganised their itinerary.

I've done my meal plan for the week and shopping list. It'll probably cost an arm and a leg as I'm starting from scratch but it's mostly fresh stuff as most of the meat is from the freezer.

Today's food is mostly on plan although DH made this morning's toast from a loaf DD bought in and I'm sure it's not a HEB as it's granary or seeded or something like that. I'll pretend it's OK though as it's much better than the copious amounts of white bread I ate on holiday.

    Today's plan-
B- HEB toast, baked beans (F), HEA1 milk for drinks
L- penne with HM tomato sauce (F,S), HEA2 Parmesan
D- salmon (P), SW chips (F), stir fry veg (S)
    Syns- weekend wine😁

Congrats @bubbs very well deserved 😊

The salmon en croute was a frozen one from Aldi that served 3 - lucky that as DS2 is out for dinner tonight. So much veg - DH steamed the tender stem broccoli, broad beans and golden beans and griddled the rainbow chard with garlic. Feeling very full. DH wants to go to the pub but I’m not keen as I want to do Park Run tomorrow and DH can never have just one pint 🙄
