Fab loss after your holiday @suffolksue 👏👏

I was utterly amazed with a STS this morning!  It inspired me to walk past the ice-cream when I nipped to Aldi for more fruit 😇😁

Fingers crossed the rain stays off long enough to dry a few loads of washing. Once I’ve had some breakfast I’m planning on cleaning and moving the furniture around in my bedroom. I think the key for me is to keep moving!

I had a banana and coffee in group, about to have a sweet omelette with fruit and yoghurt and dinner tonight is homemade burgers with salad, loads of gerkhins and pink onions. I’ll have a HEXB roll, HEXA cheese and use some syns for burger sauce.

    Have a good day everyone!

@bubbs get weighed with your handbag 🤣. Someone in my group did that a few weeks back and she gained three pounds!!

No rain so all washing dry but it’s not the warmest - I’ve got socks and a hoodie on.

Well done @Suffolksue, @Jellybaby and oh wow @bubbs

It’s been boiling hot today. I did park run - it was 23.5 degrees at 8:30am when I arrived. Ended up extremely sweaty and red faced. Glad I did it though despite the heat. Went food shopping with Mum then round to DSis’s for BBQ. Have had a headache all day despite drinking lots of water and squash. Now home watching Glasto. Hot flushes and 30+ degrees are a rubbish combo.

    Enjoy your evenings all

Not so hot here today, but sticky still. Felt off all day, probably due to dehydration and tiredness. Family from the North came yesterday, had a lovely meal in a village pub (hake, new pots, mussels and yummy veggies, no room for pud, but did have a couple of coffees then and when accompanying them around the antique and CS.
Not feeling like eating much, will check the fridge.
Not looking forward to another warm night, been up since before 5 today, just couldn't go back to sleep.
