Morning! Roasty toasty but for two days only 🤣🤣

Have a fab time away @bubbs.  I love people watching!!

Feel really bloated but think it’s just a mixture of the fatty stuff I ate yesterday, heat, and not enough movement or water with all the driving.  Just accepted an unexpected breakfast invitation so off out shortly. A walk with his four dogs too so some exercise thrown in.

Dinner is salad - not even thinking about cooking in this heat.  Have a good day all.

    Morning all,

The sun has gone and taken the heat with it 😭 heavy rain and thunder spells forecast again!

Happily lost 2.5 at WI and kinda confirms last weeks gain wasn’t quite right. Plodding will continue 🤣

Cant remember if I mentioned but bought a dress for a wedding at the end of the year. I got the smaller size and right now I can get it on but couldn’t wear it in public 😳🤣 so this is going to be my motivation to lose the final 1.5 stones.
Breakfast and lunch will all be on plan but having Chinese tonight - my niece is visiting and it’s her treat.
    Have a good day everyone!

    Great news @Jellybaby.
Hope you have a good break @bubbs.
No rain to speak of here, just a few spots on a couple of occasions washing a little damp will put on airer. 29/30 degrees but not full sun so more pleasant.
Today's food shop was the highest ever needed to top up stores after being away😩
