Boiling hot again today. Took DDad to the airport with DDis. Got home at 1pm. DH had put the roast chicken on and we had it with salad and new potatoes, coleslaw and garlic bread. Not on plan at all but heyho!
Now just chilling watching Glasto.WI tomorrow before work - it will be what it will be!

Boo to the gain @TakeItEazy but at least you can point to the why.I had a STS this week which I’m more than happy to take. The emotional toll of having DDad here has meant wine consumption more than normal (which is not a lot). Hoping for a more ‘on plan’ week.Food today:
B - banana, blueberries - free, S
L - LO easy chicken curry with rice - 1
D - - Schezuan pork and noodles - free
HEA - milk
HEB - skinny oaty
Syns - 1 plus Twirl later with my evening cuppa - 6.5 total
Have a good day all

It will come off again @TakeItEazy at least you enjoyed it.
Well done on STS @Coxy11.I put socks and trainers on but have just changed to sandals as it felt warmer when I was out at the bin. Very grey and windy and heavy rain is due just when I’m meeting my friend for a walk and a coffee! Think I need to start looking at houses near you all for the great weather 😁
I caved and bought ice-cream cones in Lidls yesterday. A hefty 9.5 syns but that was a lot less than some of the fancier lollies.
Food today is fruit and yoghurt (1.5) for breakfast, ham salad roll HEXB and pickles, and salmon with loads of roasted veg for dinner. Cone (9.5) for dessert so 11 syns in total.
Have a good day everyone!0 -

Morning all,
I’m with you @bubbs - slowly turning into a puddle. I have a NWD today and am treating myself to a cervical screen at 8:30am - I know how to live. Mind you I’m a strong advocate for preventative medicine so all joking aside - don’t put it off ladies!! Saying that, my DH has had a bowel screening kit sat on the side for the last 4 weeks. Not exactly the same level of intrusion but will he listen?! 🙄
Onto food:
B - poached egg, GF toast - P, HEB
L - picky plate - crab sticks, salad, pickles - free
D - chicken pesto pasta - syns for cream and pesto - 7, HEA parmesan
HEA - milk
Syns - 7 plus a sweet treat after tea - twirl 5.5 so 12.5 total
Have a good day all

Morning all,
I’m with you on getting all the checks done @Coxy11.Well the weather forecast lied yesterday! Compared to everyone else, it was only 24 degrees here, and would have been lovely if the sun had come out 🤣 I’m never happy haha.
Think today is going to be warmer so no cooking if I can help it. Breakfast was fruit and yoghurt, tuna salad sandwich with pickles for lunch using HEXB and 1.5 syns for salad cream and its roast chicken salad with more pickles for dinner.
Funny story, my glass box gets emptied every month. DS2 always commented on the number of empty wine and gin bottles in it as he lugged it out for collection. I’ve cut out alcohol so It’s not been out the last couple of months, until yesterday - he counted 26 pickle jars!! 🤣🤣

Morning all 😁
Well done Coxy , i am even more now for getting tests done after DH diagnosis and Dad , nag him and PSA test! We have every test going we can for cancer, DH does his bowel one before with no problem , Mum does hers and i have done mine.
Hopefully you will have some heat today Jelly, not too much but just right, it's over powering here, already so hot, i need to nip unit to take a crate back and then pop to lidl to get more salad stuff.
Funny about the recycling 🤣
No idea what i will be eating apart from salad 😂 i must have drank 10+ ltrs yesterday!
Tomorrow hope it is a bit cooler, hair cut so that also means my favourite shop 😂😂 although my freezers are looking quite full but can't say no if they have a bargain, there will be weeks when they have nothing!Sealed pot challenge number 003 £350 for 2015, 2016 £400 Actual£345, £400 for 2017 Actual £500:T:T £770 for 2018 £1295 for 2019:j:j spc number 22 £1,457Stopped Smoking 22/01/15:D:D::dance::dance:- 5 st 1 1/2lb :dance:0 -
It’s clouded over here and just sealed the heat from yesterday in. We’re going down to dds at weekend and they’ve had it in mid 30s so I’m hoping the forecast is correct and it cools by at least 10 degrees.
i went out with friends for brunch yesterday and they’re also doing sw. We all had poached egg on toast but I was still hungry so myself and 1 friend succumbed to a strawberry tart….the pastry wasn’t even nice. A thick bought in pastry case filled with artificial cream and strawberries definitely wasn’t worth the syns or £6 price tag……had I spotted the price I wouldn’t have bothered. We reeled in shock when the bill stated £12 for the 2 of them. I weighed this morning at home and hadn’t shifted any of the 1 lb I gained whilst away, so I’m prepared for a gain tomorrow at group. It shows I should have had something more filling and I wouldn’t have been tempted by the cake and would have spent the same amount of cash. I bet the friend who resisted has a loss tomorrow at her weigh in 😂 Lesson learnt 👍😂😂
Brunch - eggs and mushroom on heb toast 2 syns for a bit of butter.
Tea - left over hm chicken savoury rice with lots of veg in it.January spends - £587.580 -
Milann, shame it wasn't nice and what a price, as bad as my fish and chips 😱
Well it's still bloody roasting here!
DH had eaten his tea before i really started 😂i said bloody hell you hungry? he said no i need the fan 😂😂😂as we sit at the table as a rule.
My tea was lovely but i was sweating like a pig when i finished,
Lunch was free
Tea was hexa and b, fajita in a sw wrap and i mixed the cheese in , put it in the wrap then put it on george was lush, like a panni, with bns chips and salad
