That looks a nice box with plenty of variety.  I hardly ever get to Lidl these days and when I do I'm usually too late for the boxes!

The salad looks good too particularly for hospital food!

Busiest day ever today but NWD tomorrow and I’m in Canterbury on a course on Friday. Hoping to get to the kitchen garden tomorrow to help with weeding and also bring some goodies home 🤞🏻

There was mangos, apples, kiwi, banana, speciality mango, grapes , raspberries, lettuce, 1 pear 😁I am not a mango lover but will give them a try again, without me looking are they just free?

The salad was nice i added the beetroot and mayo but the ham was lovely thick slice of gammon ham 😋

Thanks Coxy, he has eaten most of his tea, needs to shift this gas in him, he had baked beans so hopefully that will help 😂
Honestly though, if it's like this when catheter is out, he is going to need alot of pad/pants, he has emptied it from full 4 times this afternoon 😱

We went on a walk through the orchards after tea as felt I needed to stretch my legs after work.  I’m having a Twirl 21.5g single finger which I think is 7 syns - is anyone able to check please? Only other syns were Ketchup and a skinny bar but I haven’t had a HXB so could I use it for that - it’s a skinny whip so not sure? TIA XX

Morning all, 

Hope DH had a good night and you got some sleep too @bubbs

Not amused it’s cold and very, very wet here. I’m off to Palma on Saturday afternoon for five days so not too long to wait for heat (I hope!).

I’m planning meals on what I have in so things may get interesting 🤣 DS2 is doing his own shopping 😉

Breakfast was toast HEXB and banana, lunch is ham and veggie omelette with Parmesan and pickles and dinner is chicken salad with potato salad - 3 syns for salad cream.
