Morning all,

I have a day to myself today. DH has to work at the yard due to the BH and DD is in the office. It’s my NWD so I got up with DH and went for a run for the first time in about 4 months! I only did 3km and had to keep stopping but I did it. Other highlights today include de-dogging our house as DS1s dog went home today plus a tip run. Will also make savoury muffins for packed lunch tomorrow. I know how to live!

B - GF WM toast x 1, poached egg, banana - HEB, P, free
L - LO HM chilli, JP, lettuce, toms, pickles - free, 1, S
D - SW sticky chicken, rice, pak Choi - free, S
HEA - milk
Syns - skinny bar 4 plus 1 so 5 total

Morning all, thinking of your both today @bubbs; hope all goes well.

DH has a hospital appointment for his shoulder at lunchtime (private).  Will see what the consultant has to say - he'll have had a better view of his shoulder as he had a MRI done it rather than just an X-ray which was all the NHS contsultant had.  He's on the waiting list for a replacement but if private can do it quicker he'll probably go with that (as long as it doesn't clash with any holidays!).

Today's plan:

B - mushroom omelette - P; S
L - toasted cheese sandwich, pickles - HEA2; HEB; S
D - sloppy Joe pie, veg - P; S; F (Slimming Eats recipe from her first book)

HEA1 - milk
HEA2 - cheese
HEB - bread
Syns - none planned
