We had rain here this morning, not alot but enough to get you wet if caught in it! Dried up then started again........currently dry but windy, furthest i have been is to the bins! 😂
I have cleaned up and done my ironing. Was going to do the bed this morning but when it started raining said it can wait till tomorrow!
Lunch i had left over mix from lasagne yesterday , half hexa cheese in a pitta toasted, just right size and shape for omelette maker 😂, tomato and watermelon
Tea is roast beef and veg

Hello all, life - mainly heath has been trouble some for many weeks recently. IBS and bloating horrific Lactose free milk or Lactose tablets taken with yogurt/ dishes with some lactose in all the time as a matter of course. Wheat products severely restricted, onions are a killer as is much red meat. Had the issues for decades, but particularly bad since needing anti-biotics around Christmas time destroyed my gut bacteria. Add in some family problems too, stress sure doesn't help.
@Coxy11 I hope you find a way through all of this soon, @Maman's suggestion is the way to go, try and find a selection of 'safe' foods (however boring) for a while and then introduce one new food at a time, symptoms make 48 hours or so to manifest.
I have had a 5 week run of STS 2.5 lbs over top of scale, mainly because of having to limit or exclude any higher fibre foods. My consultant is aware and very supportive. Away for just over 3 weeks from Wednesday, trying for a slight loss at WI before I go.
Crazy windy here I wouldn't trust pegging out today. The best thing about the future is that it comes one day at a time. (Abraham Lincoln)0 -

Good advice @maddiemay xx I hope you’re okay - I literally feel your pain 😭 bloating and generally uncomfortable is my main gripe. Hoping the changes will help 🤞🏻
