    Food today:

    2x boiled eggs & a slice of toasted fingers
    S/F chicken breast in a pitta with salad & a little sweet chilli mayo.

    Can I come to your house to share your food today please? It sounds delicious! I might do that next week as I've meal planned this week.

    You shouldn't feel guilty about what you eat either, we're all trying to do the best we can.

    I lost -1lb this week, meal plan below. It seems a lot although I do have small portions but I need to have 3 meals a day otherwise I'm in the biscuit jar all the time!!  :D
