STS, taking this as a positive.  3 Weeks until we go away which will help me, swimming, walking and a chicken and fish diet.

Consultant visit was very good, he is taking me on in his NHS clinic, think he was a little bit shocked that I'd not seen a doctor in over a year and that I needed more tests, even if I'm waiting for an appointment, I know I can go back to see him if I feel unwell.

New quarter, aiming to get a bit more movement in, the lighter day / evening last night has perked me up a little.

Hope you have a good week, enjoy the sun if you have some, hopefully the lighter days will have a positive effect on us all.

I said I'd return just to report on average calorie intake for Q1.
    So - I averaged 1755 cals/day
I reckon a maintenance intake would be 1940.
My worst day was 2512 on  8 March.

Now that my bathroom scales are working properly again, I'm looking forward to losing in Q2.  See you there.

A word of warning......don't go on holiday for the last few days of the quarter, especially if it's to someplace where there's lots of lush food like France.  Undid a lot of my good work......    sigh.....

I have ended the quarter in a worst position than I started. I am hoping that with the better weather I can get into a better routine.
