STS for me this week. I've kept up the gym, but not as many dog walks. I've had a few binge moments but also a few wins, so it's all probably quite balanced and I deserve the STS!

I weighed myself and to make it easier for @Brambling (I hope!), I weigh 3lbs less than I did on 1st Jan! I have been so up and down I can't keep track of it tbh. So I have lost weight the last couple of weeks yay!
I have been strict calorie counting, daily walks (12000 step target) and yoga/weights. My daily cal expenditure (according to fitbit) has averaged 1800. I have been eating around 1200/1300cals daily, including plenty of fruit and veg. I did enjoy a meal out with wine as well.
It's hard work but we've got a summer hol booked now, so I have a good reason to lose weight. I don't want to have to buy loads of new clothes 'cause I can't fit in my existing holiday clobber 😂
Hope everyone has a good weekend! x8 -
Hello all, I'm still way behind even square one, however I've managed to lose 3lbs the last fortnight.
Little by little!9
