STS for me please Brambling. I hurt myself last weekend and spent a couple of days not eating much, not moving much and taking as much tramadol as I am allowed to. My body is obviously outraged at this treatment 😁 and has paid me back by hanging on to everything it can. I'm up and at it again now though, so all good.7

Morning I’m happy to say a week after my holiday I have a 3 LB loss hopefully now the days are lighter and I can get out and about more this will continue oh and not stuffing my face6

I bought some pickled red cabbage when I went shopping this week. I'm not sure how much nutrition is left in it by the time it's been processed but I like it. I also went shopping for my holiday pjs and bought a size M instead of L. Fingers crossed that they fit. I buy pjs at this time of year as I'm a bit vertically challenged and the M&S cropped summer pyjamas are short enough so that I don't trip over the bottoms going down stairs. Once we've been on holiday they will just become every day items but if we had a good time like we did last year they will make me smile every time I put them on.7 -
I am just back from a short cruise where the food was particularly plentiful and delicious. I hate to think what I will weigh tomorrow! If it is bad, I will skip this week and try to reduce it by next week! 😂6

I may not have lost what I wanted to lose this quarter but holding myself accountable to this group and weighing in every Monday is stopping me from gaining the weight I lost last year. So, thank you all 😘

well, I lost half a pound this week.....but I also put half a pound on last week!
In other words Im pretty much STS the last fortnight.
I really need to buckle down and make more of an effort. Im great with being consistent with exercise and generally eat to maintenance which is fantastic for long term results, but it doesnt help get rid of those last few pounds.8 -
STS - happy with this, means I've stabilised a bit. Consultant this week so hopefully will get some answers and help with the bloat. 3/4 Weeks until we go away, looking forward to the sun and getting in the pool every day, (heated pool is a huge bonus).
I could do to move to the sun, my weight is easy to manage, diet consists of fruit, salad, chicken or prawns, swimming a few times a day and a book and I'm happy.

Final weigh in of this quarter and i feel this might be one of those freak weigh ins were you are instantly heavier the next day, but I'm down 3 pounds!!! @Brambling
This means start weight was 13st 5lb, today I'm 12st 11.5 lbs total lost 7 and half pounds!!! I think you can tell I'm really happy with this.
Can i set a new target for the next quarter of another 7 pounds? Aiming for a finish weight of 12st 4.5lbs
I really think the consistency of reporting in each week has been so helpful so thanks everyone.Weight loss goal 6/7lbs for first quarter
