1lb on this week 😭
I'm actually not toooo bothered as my period started yesterday and that never helps, plus I'm doing well with my food and exercise this week. Even went back to the gym yesterday, which also tends to cause a little gain the next day. Hit 10k steps yesterday for the first time in months as well.

Good morning, back to the usual -1 for me please Brambling.
NSV - I bought a size 16 top from N*xt yesterday. The last time that I bought anything that size for my top half was about 30 years ago. I was on a steady increase course from then on. I was also very tired yesterday evening and a while back I'd have said we'd have a takeaway. I managed to make something quick and easy though and once I'd eaten I felt a bit more energetic. I also felt better about my food choices.

I also had a small success yesterday ,I took a friend for tests at our local (18 miles away!) hospital
She decided I didn’t need to wait with her as a neighbour was there later and had offered to bring her home ,
The cheese scones in their cafe are wonderful ,but I walked straight past and drove home ,also meaning I didn’t pay their exhorbitant parking costs as the first 20 min is free !
was v proud of myself!7
