Wow cheerfulness you smashed your half stone and well onto your stone 🎖️
well done on everyone else for WIs the good and the bad, you braved those scales 👏👏Life shrinks or expands in proportion to one's courage - Anais Nin9 -
This month I'm implementing a daily health points system. 1 for a workout, 1 for 100g protein, 1 for no junk, 1 for 800g(10portions) fruit and veg(max total 4pts a day).
I feel that focusing on daily actions, rather than just an end scale target goal, will be helpful and motivating for me.
So far I've had 3, 3 and 4pt days this month. It has helped motivate me to avoid the temptation to eat some evening sweets and instead get some extra protein and fruit in. The hardest one to do has been the ten portions of fruit and veg, simply because I don't necessarily have that volume of food available in the house every day.
I will regard any 3pt day as a success. Let's see what results we can get this month.

I was nervous stepping on the scales this morning after going off script at the end of January, but I lost 1.5lbs 😲 Make that make sense 🤣 For the previous 2 weeks, I had STS, despite being very careful with what I ate. Hopefully, I don't see the damage on the scales next week 🤞8

Well done, Black_Saturn.
And thanks for the encouraging comments Brambling and Morllina. This thread is really helping me stay focused.
Food today:
1x HM bread and butter with honey
Roast beef, new potatoes, carrots, peas and brussels with gravy
Snacks - pineapple, satsumas.
Haven't done my chair exercise video for a few days as my arthritis had flared. Just when I was thinking how much better I was doing than Margaret on the back row.

Unfortunately I have to say +1.5 lb today. Back to 11 st 12. I am not really sure why after a long walk on Saturday and only soup yesterday evening. Determined to get a reduction next week. I have the day off today and I am about to go for a walk to increase my step count. Tonight I am having a small lamb steak and the 2nd half of a mixed vegetable bake from Sunday.7

Reporting a 1/2lb gain this week. Bit gutted but it definitely could've been worse. I didn't go to the gym last week or do any dog walks, and got a bit snacky, including two bars of chocolate. So actually, half on is pretty good haha. I guess the damage control the last couple of days worked.Make £2025 in 2025 #18 - £569.66/£2025
