I had a bit of a wobble in the last few days of January and went off script, but ate healthily yesterday and will do so again today. Dread to think what the scales will say on Tuesday, now 😲6

Stayed the same hopefully the weather will be a bit kinder and can get out for more walks6

Reading back it seems like there are some nice steady losses going on. Well done everyone!
1Ib lost this week for me.
End of last year I seemed to get stuck alot so Im hoping it continues. Weirdly though I actually started eating more! Maybe I was underestimated calories as most of my diet is unprocessed fresh foods?
Keeping up the exercise too. 2 runs this week, regular weight training and pilates and my indoors cardio has increased as well (both my current Netflix shows are longer!).
Just hoping I dont turn into a snack monster during my nightshifts....like usual!8 -
Wow well done candiii 🎖️👏 I've rounded you up to 10.5 🙂Thanks for all weigh ins and well done for braving the scales
cheerfulness butterscotch angel delight is the only one which would tempt me andit would be the whole packet if I kept it in the house 😋

Good morning. Well done everyone, some fantastic losses.
I wasn't doing to bad until we had a huge takeaway at the weekend foe my birthday earlier in the week.
So this morning it's-1/2LB please. At least it's going in the right direction as I thought id turned in to a yoyo!

Morning all xx
Monday morning weigh in revealed +2 lbs ooops.
It was expected but still ooops. All the uncertainty at work has led me back into my old habit of snacking in the evenings. So I know what I did wrong...the uncertainty will be ongoing for any number of weeks so I need to find an alternative 'comfort' strategy. Time to bring out my knitting again methinks.
Well done everyone. 👏

Morning all. Very happy bunny today because I've lost 4.5lbs
Not entirely sure how food will pan out today because DH was really poorly last night. I think its that dreadful tummy virus. He's still not great this morning but is just a little nauseous and very tired. So I'm at the mercy of DS for my eats today and he knows nothing about portion control.
Food today:
1x HM Bread, butter and honey
Salmon, green salad, fiery beetroot, gherkins and tomatoes
Slice of HM bread and butter
Snacks - yogurt and fruit.
DS can't cut unsliced loaves so I was presented with a doorstop wedge of bread for my breakfast. Oh the calories! It was delicious, though, and the orange blossom honey from Lidl was so good. Having another slice of bread with my salad at lunchtime is foolhardy on reflections but I'll go with it.

Well done @cheerfulness4. That's a really impressive loss!!
Weigh in this morning and I've STS this week. I've stuck to my meal plan below but I guess the pastry & feta cheese hasn't done me a lot of good, but boy it was lovely!
Good luck everyone x

Over the last couple of weeks I've managed to go down by 4lbs. Sticking to my protein shakes and healthy meals plan within a calorie limit. No booze (yet!), and low cal snacks only. Still heavier than before Christmas though!
Exercise - 20mins Pilates for strength, and a decent walk most days. Roll on lighter eves is all I can say!! I have restarted Couch25K as well, wow I'm so unfit :-( I will try to do a short HIIT workout on some of my non run days, but I don't want to overdo it and tire myself out! My aim is to improve my fitness levels and get stronger.
Some great losses! Keep plodding on!8
