Hi I was wondering if it is possible for me to join mid quarter? I was doing quite well but have been on steroids for the past month, which have caused a gain. I’ve been told that I’ll be on them for around 6 months, so I need to get a grip and being part of this lovely supportive group would be really helpful. I think my sim until the end of March will be 5 kilos.

I seem to be solidly down 3 lbs. Have tipped down into the 9.x zone a few times recently but then go back into a low 10.x. (if that makes sense - basically I don't look at the stones just the pounds that are between the stone marks.)
Quite pleased with this - trying to fathom how I'm making it happen. I know that OH is trying to cut down so that impacts on me too as he thinks that I should have the same size servings he has. I'm drumming it into his head that I need only 2/3 to 3/4 of what's on his plate and I think he's beginning to see that too.
As always trying to have salads a couple of times a week. I'll have a salad when he has chips kinds thing (admittedly some of his chips accidently fall on my plate somehow...) Consciously also trying to get away from bread as I think my tum is rebelling against it. That's more difficult though for some meals.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on Debt Free Wannabe, Old Style Money Saving and Pensions boards. Not too happy with it. I have not been consistent with workouts or healthy eating. Need to be consistent with weight training, cardio and cutting out sweets. I might start logging No Junk Days, Weight Days, and Cardio Days over the next month.
No.13 in the 2025 saving money challenge. Target £36,000.
Monthly grocery budget challenge: £720
NSD challenge: target 10 a month

Morning all.
Food today:
1/2 avocado on toast
Chickpea and Apricot tagine and quinoa with mixed beans
Snacks - yogurt with peaches, fruit, stilton with celery.
Trying my best not to overdo the HM bread which is delicious! Time will tell on Monday weigh in if the slightly larger slices will effect the scales.I must say the new Tefal bread maker is amazing and produces a lovely rise on the loaf.
