Nice and steady Cranky 👏
well done cheerfulness for not succumbing to snacks with movie night I wish I could say the same last night and I wasn't watching movies, just a late dinner and then I over snacked even though I wasn't hungry 🙄
Lunch out today with no healthy choices made worst by following it with tea and cake when we were still there gossiping three hours later

I've been having a meal "off" the diet every week, and yesterday's was breakfast out, although I did share a lot with the toddler. But then OH went to the shop last night and came back with B&Js 🙈 I can't resist it! Whoops.

Well I can join you all in the snacking as DS tempted me with a jammydodger last night. He obligingly read out the calories and I didn't need asking twice. I didn't realise you could get so many little bites out of a biscuit. I savoured every bit of it.
Food today:
1x crumpet with rasp & lemon yog and blueberries
Faggoty pea stew
Snacks - Fruit
The Faggoty pea stew sounds yuck but is surprisingly tasty and very easy for DH to do on work days. He's off again tomorrow so he's going to play with the new breadmaker I ordered. Don't know what I was thinking as bread is my weakness, particularly HM.

1Ib loss for me too!
Im actually really happy with that as I wasnt trying to cut down that much...but then Im a big eater anyways!
For example yesterday was;
shredded wheat x 1 with prunes
bowl of porridge with protein powder, 1 grated apple and a cup of raspberries and blueberries
slice of toast x1 with peanut butter and a banana
big bowl of HM vegan chilli, 4 rice cakes, packet of roasted seaweed, portion of tinned fruit
1 cup of blueberries and strawberries with a soya yoghurt and granola topping
1 packet pombear crisps
(but I also walked about 12,000 steps, went for a 30 minute run, did 30 mins weight training and another 30 minutes cardio on my exercise bike!).8 -
I am down a lb today so I hope it will last out until weigh day on Tuesday. It may help that I wasn't hungry yesterday evening so didn't cook the planned meal. I had got up late and eaten lunch late as well. Today I had planned to do a decent walk but opened the front door and the rain was getting heavier so I went for a coffee instead (no cake). For tonight I am semi inventing a new recipe. I am roasting cabbage with sprouts and a few pancetta cubes. Will eat it with sausages. May add a little feta.8

Good morning. Well done on all the losses.
I knew I had been snacking but didn't realise how much. I went back to tracking calories this week and can see how much I'm over with calories and especially sugar, that's in the red everyday (due to my banana and daily evening hot chocolate).
Being able to see it, I've been a lot more careful and this week I'm back down -2LB.
Luckily there's still 2 months to get my target because at the minute I'm not even off the starting block.LBM in April 17 - Starting card debt £33554

Morning all xx
Monday morning weigh in revealed - 2 lb.
More anxiety this week as, although Pops is now recuperating, major changes were announced at work. So I'm not sure which way is up but I keep writing down the calories and plodding on. One day at a time. And breathe...

Morning everyone,
It's a lovely sunny day here today although still very cold, but don't you feel better when the sun is shining!
I weighed in this morning with a loss of -2lbs. I stuck to my meal plan below and I'm still persevering with the lack of sugar.
@cheerfulness4, good luck with your bread maker. I have one and think they're great although I make some by hand too
