Old Style Weight Loss Challenge - 1st Quarter 2025

A day late to weigh in, but am actually a pound heavier than my starting weight and +2lb this week.
I've stopped eating sugar and sweeteners, and as far as possible have also cut out processed foods, but looks like my latte and sourdough toast 'rewards' have caught up with me...
I have a girls' weekend away from tomorrow to navigate, but after that it's time I got serious!
Well done everyone who has kept on keeping on, some good losses so far.#21 Save £12k in 2025 £16977.35/£20000

Great loss there, Brambling!
Food today:
1x crumpet topped with rasp & lemon yoghurt and blueberries
HM Lentil and bacon soup (large bowl) with 2 slices of bread
1x boiled egg with fingers
Snacks - fruit
The Tescos Chickpea and Apricot tagine was actually good yesterday in the jacket potato. I didn't have high hopes with it being canned but it was nice. Half is in the freezer as DS chose something else. Might have it with quinoa next time.
Got my chair exercises done yesterday and managed them much better so I'll stick with that video for a while longer and then might go mad and progress to the 15 minute one.AUGUST GROCERY CHALLENGE £115.93/ £250

Well done everyone. I'm late posting (wi on Tuesday at SW) but I STS again this week.
I'm sure a lot of this is the weather. When it's not so damp and dismal I'll be outdoors more - that's my excuse anyway!2025 DECLUTTERING CAMPAIGN MrsSD. Physical 92, Digital 203, 10 Used Up

Morning everyone.
Just done my chair exercises and feeling it this morning. Glad thats done until Monday.
Food today:
2x boiled eggs and one round of fingers
Chicken stew (was going to have a dumpling but gone off idea)
Snacks - chocolate biscuit, fruit teacake with scrapping of butter, fruit.
I don't fancy my stew at lunchtime when we usually have our main meal but then eggs aways fill me up for hours. Having a couple of treats tonight as DH and I having a pjs and movie night.AUGUST GROCERY CHALLENGE £115.93/ £250

Morning!
Food today:
Toasted teacake buttered (didn't have it yesterday)
HM Sausage plait with peas
Snacks - fruit
Had so many plans for treats yesterday but after having a late dinner (at teatime) I didn't get hungry again so no teacake and no cheese and biscuits which I'd had an urge to throw in there for a movie night. Hunger never really came into it in the past because I never felt it. If it was a mealtime I'd eat irrespective of whether I needed it or not, I was entitled. Now I'm trying to wait until I need to eat.
Hope the weather wasn't too bad for you last night. We were amber and had it wild but not too much damage.AUGUST GROCERY CHALLENGE £115.93/ £250
